The reason why Im giving this place three stars is because I really liked the Pantaloon experience and the service on the first level of Mango. However the lower level cashier experience was kind of dismal. I think I had to hop between three or four cashier stations because one would not work, one took forever and the last where I did manage to get to had a girl who somehow asked for a membership number and then midway decided to not add the number we were giving her. Of course she had nothing to lose, but as a customer, I sure left with a sour taste of Mango.

Firstly I asked them as to when can I order and get delivery, after an hour I see they read the text in watsapp, got reply- between 6 to 12 noon, I gave my grocery list at 8 am, called them - these people mentioned looking into it, at 10 am got watsapp reply- conform not confirm, fine I waited till end of evening, till night now, they dont answer call, no reply to watsapp message though they are reading it all. I mean why you dont shut down your business, or stop taking order when you cant deliver or cant even reply to say we cannot do it. Waste
