Person who took the parcel order was arrogant. He had a take it or leave it kind of attitude.

Ridiculous behaviour of the delivery boy named Ravi. Very rude. Doesnt know how to behave. Inspite of requesting him to wait for 5 mins he started yelling at me. He expects people to appear in front of him the moment he calls.Today, that is 28th September 2020, it is bandh and the dental college over there is closed. There cannot be a way for us to appear in front of him immediately.Dear DTDC, I request you to keep a check on how your delivery boys behave with people.Never experienced such worst behaviour from you people.

Worst courier guy ever. Took shipment from branch office, didnt deliver it. Closed down the shop, switched off mobile and dissapeared for the day. On checking tracking, shipment was marked attempted though I was home the whole day and no delivery boy came nor did I get a single call. Pretty sure my shipment is damaged due to the delay.

Sent item from here to Nagpur took 2days with DTDC lite... actually they told 5days...

The customer support was good enough.

They will just call you and ask you to pick up the shipment. They wont even try to deliver to your doorstep untill you scold a little
