Would have provided negative rating if I could. Such a pathetic service...just proving faulty updates on the tracking as out of delivery and customer not available/customer rejected the courier when in reality not even a call ya mail has gone to the receiver. Never use their services if you want your important courier to reach on time.

I had booked the courier for 40 Kgs and they charged me for 70 kgs, when I measured the weight it was actually 38 kgs. After pickup they over charged me, they said the value will be Rs. 1800-2000 and charged double of it.Thief and liar, never book courier from here. The person is not even replying to my calls.They will harass you.

Worst experience with Aramex Homaravu. Dont get attracted to the shipping prices, my courier got banned (its ok) but these guys were very irresponsible to respond. They shown me hell to refund. There is no customer care number to complaint, we can only raise an email which we dont get any response. Worst service from Aramex.

They don’t have basic manners to even talk to the customer properly and assist with giving the customer care number. They just rudely denied and hung up.
