Not delivered my consignment till now. 26/08/20 Booked on 25/08/20Consignment number C03490359.

Items are missing. The documents that has been send through the courier is missing. The gift that send with them is missing and broken as well. Really bad service, going to consumer service for a complaint.

Good courier service. The staff is friendly here and has a lot of knowledge and provides a variety of services. Although its a bit difficult to find.

Very helpful and genuine staff. Their opinion saved me thousands of rupees.

Not encouraging.

I sent one courier to BANGALORE and is more than 11 days still not able to track my consignment.1.pathetic service None of the bangalore contact numbers would work.2.If u manage to get call from any dtdc number after 10 days that would come switched off the next day u want to reach them.3.No professionalism.4.No body bothers about any delay and for them this looks a routine.5.One fine day u would get a call asking to come to office and collect courier.Dont understand what is the point of courier and the service .6.waste of time&money.Please dont try dtdc.waste of money.
