Krishna vegetable and fruit sals

By far the worst courier service, a lot of these reviews below reflect my situation here exactly, on the 25th of March a parcel was sent from Anand Gujarat to Bangalore. The website tracking said it has been delivered to Bangalore on the 29th, I tried to contact the branch office on the 2 nos listed there, one land-line which is never answered and another belonging to one Mr Naresh, who is always busy, call-waiting or cuts the calls. Finally after an auspicious moment of getting to talk to him, he rudely told me to talk to the Anand office, I called them there, a gentleman there confirmed that it has indeed been received in Bangalore and I should call the same nos and there were no alternate numbers.Its been 3 days since my parcel has reportedly arrived and the website also confirms the same, but its still not delivered to me, no answer on any of their numbers including the national call center.

The service is really bad... cant rely upon these guys
