Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) is the nodal agency for the real estate industry. It promotes the growth of the industry in a professional manner. The Karnataka office is located in a spacious complex in Silver Jubilee Block, Unity Buildings. Two-wheeler parking is available easily and four-wheeler parking on first-come-first serve basis. Parking is free.

This is a useless authority, I gave complaint against BDA a year ago. Till now they have not called for hearing, giving some rubbish reasons all the time. Waste of tax payers money to pay these official who doesnt care about common man issues.

It is RERA court. Anyone having issues with builders or developers can file complaint. Even without the Advocates one can file the complaint. However, it is advised to go through an advocate.

One of the best government offices in Karnataka. They are very professional. Their effort should be appreciated for running this facility professionally.

Karnataka RERA is not strict and is useless. Judge will not give even 30 secs for your hearing. Its waste of time. And justice also is very much delayed.

You can come visit the officials for all your house and flat related issues. They are good and helpful. 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday is holiday

No use of RERA. Builders are taking as granted, they dont even care to respond to our complaints. RERA asked twice to send representative from builder and no one turned up. RERA has asked builder to repay the money but builder is dont care to respond.

We have been fighting our case for the last many months. Justice is very slow. A lot to be desired by way of functioning

Had a case against the builder for delay in construction. But decision resides under builders favor. My parent left crying and shouting empty handed. The officer didnt even knew what was written in the agreement until my father in law showed the correct page. God bless RERA, builder and maybe pray to God to make things better and treat accordingly to the builder, because RERA Karnataka is not going to help. God Please take me away from this dying country. We still will be crying and will cry...

Real estate problem? Approach here. I would recommend to give a try if your builder not handover aa promised, issues will be resolved in 90 days provided all proof of documents.

What is the use of RERA, when without GST no and Permanent registration number lots of agents are doing marketing and sales across Bangalore? On RERA website, its clearly written that Provisional number is not valid to do marketing and sales.

No proper response... after 3 years of me giving complaint to rera and after more than 20 hearings now they telling that my case does not comes under this jurisdiction 😣😣 waste of time and energy.. N many forgery activities takes place.. Rera supports only builders Its just a place to make money ...

RERA is the eye less authority in Karanataka because so many peoples are develop unauthorized layouts around Bangalore and in Bangalore why dont taken action against that peoples

Good management, I had thought before visiting office that it will be like typical govt offices where you have to run n run here and there to get work done. But its not like that as staff is very courteous.

For realestate clarifications Visitors allowed inbetween 3 to 6 pm ,the staffs are very politely clarified

The RERA Judiciary is doing a great job by clearing cases and giving judgements for current and all pending cases within 60 days..Isnt it wonderful

I Dont know how GM infinite ph2 doesnt falls under RERAIts still not completed and builders only telling that posession will be only after July 2018Not even 60Percent of registrations are not doneAnd how this project is not falling under RERA

Just another lazy, irresponsible government office. My case is running for more than 8 months and still there is no outcome. These guys are worst than the builders. I have sent few dozens emails in these 8 months and none of them got a response.
