I have had a mixed experience with IDP JP Nagar while applying for higher education in Canada.To start with the positive side, I want to thank Kajal Chawla who provided me with an excellent counseling and guidance at every step. If I had to rate Kajal mams councelling, I would have given 5/5.However I am writing this feedback for IDP JP Nagar.Now talking about the negative side, I was assigned some other counsellor in the beginning. I wouldnt mention her name here. But I am sharing my experience so that it may help someone in the future. So this counsellor, I would say, she didnt provide me the right information and she was not taking her job sincerely. Whenever I used to ask her anything, she used to give me very generic answer, or many times she wouldnt care to answer me. I was totally misguided by her I would say.At last I contacted IDP manager and requested him to change my counselor and then I was lucky to get Kajal mam as my counselor.The take away from my story is if you feel you are not provided with the enough help by an IDP counselor, then dont be afraid or dont wait for long to raise it to their senior. This Pandemic has been very tough on us humans,we students too have had a fair share of stress, anxiety, and disappointment due to the circumstance. A big chunk of our times had been taken away by waiting for the situation to get resolved but there seems no end to it. But it is during this time that we need compassion and support the most.I should say I was lucky enough to have KAJAL CHAWLA (Canada process) as my counselor, as a student of SEP intake 2020 I started my class online and it was almost 1 year of my studies and I was still waiting for my visa to get approved thanks to IRCC for the gimmick of AIP. I had a very smooth and easy journey of applying to various UK universities, getting documents ready, applying for VISA... I had a great experience with IDP Bangalore. They are really professional and guided me in every aspect starting from choosing the right course , university and getting student visa . I was worried about my study gap as i completed my bachelors way back in 2012 having around 9 years of gap. It was not easy to get good universities with this gap but Kajal Chawla who worked on my case file helped me to get one of best universities and course which I was looking for .I tried for CanadaPR earlier and I had worst experience with Consultants before , even though I had paid hefty fee for my Express Entry application it was real waste of money . When compared this with IDP , they didn’t charged me a penny but provided the best service I could hope for . Just to give you a perspective ,IDP helped me to apply to a university with right set documents and I got Acceptance from university on the same day .That was really super fast .Also next big step would be applying for a student visa . In this current pandemic situation Student visa applications are pending in backlog for ages . I have had a great experience working with IDPs JP Nagar branch. My consultant, Kajal Chawla was extremely helpful and had a great amount of knowledge. She assisted me wherever I needed help - be it looking for a college, drafting a really nice SOP or filing my visa. Throughout my journey, I never felt alone and she was always there to guide me. Im travelling to Uk to pursue my masters and the entire process starting from applying to a college to getting the visa can be quite annoying and difficult. However, Mini Menon, my guide at IDP was really helpful in making this easier. She was really patient and responded quickly and efficiently to all of my doubts.
