Used the app to consult a general physician. The doctor gave ample of amount of time to ask questions and clarify my doubts. I would totally recommend this app for an initial consulting.

They are not doctors..... cheaters....will fight against them legally.Openly they are asking to show private parts of a mother.There customer care number wont work.

Got the Covid test done 4 days back on 19th April 21. still havent received my report. The Covid testing is actually outsourced to AnandLabs and some smaller lab in malleshwaram. they dont have any facility of their own to do these tests. I have Put complaints asking them to hurry up. They said it will take 48 Hours for the test results. Now its 4 days. Is it possible to wait for 4 days to know the test results for in such serious conditions.Update:The Lab lost my sample and after 7 days No report. Apologized and refunded my money after another week. Got my tests Done in another Lab and got my result in 48 hours.

Cant rely on Tata Health for PCR Covid-19 test if your life depended on it! Having committed time and time that the results will be published in 24 hours, it has been 3 days and we have still not received our report! I called from the airport asking why it still wasnt out and the customer service was arguing that what was actually 11th April was in fact the 10th. Ridiculous. They then made us hold indefinitely for hours until we missed our flight. They denied us a refund and only said they regret the inconvenience. Clearly, they have no value for customers time nor money. They have cost me 10k in flight tickets and 1.5k for the test. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I booked online appointment for RTPCR, and when done there was no time slot given specific. So I called Tata digital health, and they said you can go after 1pm. I reached at 130 pm on 20th April Tuesday at RV Lab, Malleshwaram. Apon enquiring they said they dont have any confirmation on my booking and can only take my booking at post 3pm. So I am having slight fever travelled all the way to Malleshwar from BTM. Now upon enquiring to Tata digital health customer care , they said they will get back with information and I have not recieved any call yet. No called back to TATA health customer care again ,but no one is picking call. Now what should a genreal public like us should do. Sue them ? Because we cant do that as in these difficult time we are barely able to afford to keep our food on table.

RT-PCR test sample was taken on 8th April. The service assures result in 2 days. Didnt receive my result on 10th. Called customer customer service executive who assured I would receive it by EOD. Did not receive it. Tried calling executives on 11th April and here are the excuses I heard from various executives when I was on call for 4-5 hours:1. The lab hasnt given the results were trying to follow up with them. Please give us two hours ( I called up the lab directly and was informed all test are processed withing 24 hours. If I have my SRF ID then theyll share the results directly with me)2. Asked the executive to share the SRF ID they say maam we dont have that number.3. The issue has been escalated to concerned teams. We will surely get back in 20-25 mins.4. Maam the concerned team is looking into it you will definitely hear back from us EOD (which by the way I did not)I finally received an SMS from the Govt of India stating my samples were collected on the 11th and submitted to the Lab in the afternoon and my SRF Id was shared with me in the text. What the hell is the point of testing a 3 day old sample!!!?!!Waste of 1,400 rupees on test. Absolute waste of an entire day, had to cancel my travel plan. I urge everyone to stay away from this service.

Dont go to attend Interview for this Company. I attended interview for QA Automation , the Interviewer was so rough and does not have professional attitude.Just waste of time and its in no way TCS...

I got Covid RT pcr test done (home collection). Got the report within 36 hours. Thanks to Tata health!

Very poor service. I did a covid test through Tata Digital Health, and although the Lab confirmed that my results had been sent over, they were unable to update me. I would not recommend this at all!

Though the collection of sample and the person who came to do the collection was good , there was a lot of confusion in sharing results . I had booked for international flight purpose and the customer service folks were not able to help and provide answers

I loved the way Tata health and Dr pavan handled my query. I will continue to come here as I was very well taken care of.

Online consultation was great, doctor patiently answed all my queries and waited for my respose as I was having a network issue.

Have given second round interview for HR employee engagement profile, they have taken ppt test for the same which i prepared by giving my precious time and experience .But they never replied to my mails whether i got selected or not , whether i passed or failed test. Nothing, no reply .Really bad , unprofesional

Guys dont fall into the trap of TATA brand and discount.. TATA Digital doesnt have any control on the reports and Central Lab doesnt give dam if you call them for reports. For CBC and TSH for my mother they are asking me to wait 3 days to give reports(still not given). If you get the test done directly from central lab, reports will be ready in 3hrs. No idea why they take so many days to share the report or they will not do the test in time..... Due to this I missed my moms doctor appointment. So if guys have any appointment then suggest you to give second thought. Also I am afraid that what will be reported values of the test not done on the same day.

No knowledge about the services, encashing TATA brand quite cheaply here. They having no control/ check on Lab reports from vendors. Even after 5-6 calls they were not even sure if the vendor has provided them with all the reports,.

Worst ever seen. even after many followups we dont get test report. simply black spot in the name of Tata.

Experience people dont go for this company for attending interview. Other than fuzzles they not asking knothing Waste company .

Appalling service. They collect sample on Sunday and send it to Central lab on Monday. If lab is closed on Sunday why do they have to give appointment for sample collection. A 12 hour fasting, 6 test tubes of blood and money wasted. Incompetent staff say they regret the inconvenience and ensure in future this does not happen. I regret having chosen Tata Health clinic service

Excellent office atmosphere...Not at all professional... I had gone there for interview after the telephonic round. I was asked to meet the HR. But I couldnt. Security told HR is busy and he himself took me to interview room. After two rounds of interview they asked me to wait for third round. I was asked to wait for the third round because they were impressed with my performance.Later security came and told you can leave.I felt very bad. I asked him can I meet the HR. He told no you can leave.Till now I dont know why they did this to me.As a professional organisation I didnt expect this kind of a treatment from them.Respect should be given to every one. If my skills didnt meet their requirements why did they ask me to attend F2F even after telephonic round?Sending security to send me off!!!! What kind of a treatment!!!!Dont do this to anyone else. Please.

Horrible service , starting from sample collection to reports..One has to call / write / followup several times to get the report (even after 2 days..!). Dont get fooled by Name.

One word to describe them... horrible, stay far away from these guys
