I have purchased a villa in Concorde Napa Valley and handover has done. They committed that the pending works will be done after the interior work completion. Now the situation is that the handover person is not picking my calls even after multiple retires. They have given 1 year of warranty on their work but now I think the warranty will be over even before finishing the pending works.The contact person on site keeps postponing the work on tomorrow but the tomorrow never comes for them. They play games to come out of the warranty period given.I do not have any complaint regarding the work quality but because of just a handful of your employee we are loosing confidence/trust in Concorde Group.I am sure someone from Concorde Group will call me to discuss the issue and get feedback about such employees if they really care their customers.

I had purchased a Villa at Concorde Napa Valley in the month of April 2019 and had excellent support from project sales team. But, Project maintenance team is the worst I have ever seen or interacted. Though, there was continuous followups to get my villa issues resolved within 1 year of defect liability period, they kept on postponing giving one or the other reasons. When I finally fought with them to get my pending issues closed, they simply shouted back and told me that I should have not taken the pocession of the villa if these many issues were found. Unfortunately, they just delay handing over the villa so that we are under pressure to take over as house warming would have already been planned. Also, the person had noted down all the defects identified by me just after taking over and came back post 3-4 months and told me that he has lost the book which is ridiculous. and I had to take over as the house warming was already planned. Such bad construction quality that the tiles are coming off the floor and there are seepages which can be identified only during rainy season.

The amenities and paper work is robust.The construction quality is poor. I expected better construction quality as I paid better price per SFT. After the handover the builder doesn’t care any pending tasks. Very poor customer service.

Recruiter and manager wrong communication wasted our time and money.

We purchased a villa 125 in Concord Cupertino, Electronic city, Bangalore. This group is full of cheats from top to bottom. Never buy a house from them. Electric switches are not working, door are peeling off and everyday powder is falling from doors, locks dont work, building has seepage problem in many places, MCBs dont work and quality is pathetic.

I worked as a Quantity surveyor at this unethical company for 2 years, and the quality of the building is poor as per any company standards and they cover up cracks and faults extensively before handing over to make it look pretty and this company has a very low paying job. I would not recommend u to purchase or work at this company. I would have put a 0 star but Google does not allow.

People are working in back office are having worst nature. Cant imagine people like this are working in this company. Waste of time and Energy.

I had visited Kanakpura road property. Hopeless, rude and unpolite response from Executives. No action was taken even after escalating it. The property is very far from the city and its in the outskirts. The price is hyped and very expensive which is not worth. No hospitals and other facilities nearby.

I would have to place Concorde as one of the best builders in Bangalore not in just case of the property but also in case of maintenance and the kind of responses. there were some flaws, but nothing is perfect.

I am the residence of Concorde Livingstone at Kudlu Gate. My flat having some leakage issue. I reported so many time.but no proper response. Last Friday night there was a severe leakage at my bedroom Roof, the water leakage from first floor cornet flat bathromm and the construction quality is that the wanter came into my bedroom roof which is on ground floor front side, not exactly the below of that flat. I reported the Engineed immedaitely, but he did not visit even, after one day he could manage to send a plumber. We are being told to pay the maintenance but due to lots of issues already reported and not yet taken action we are not paying. We are ready to pay as our concern get acted. No idea who is the correct person to contact. One day we visited the Concorde office for all our concern, we had a joiin meeting with higher management tean including Anil, but no action has been taken till now. I am just fade up by all these leakage problem. Please help me for the same as I am not from this place and when I book the people the concorde people gave an assurance that they will help me in all way. When i was thinking to buy a flat in bangalore i contacted many friends,most of them suggested concorde projects.I am very happy that now i bought a flat in concorde windrush project in electronic city.Most of this group projects have good amenities.
