Nice potted development coming up on Devanahalli - Doddaballapur Road. Nicely curated, larger plots of 1500 and 2400 sft. Very nicely designed to give more breathing and ventilation across the plots. There is a small lake behind the project, which is planned to be rejuvenated and maintained by century group. They are charging for lake maintenance. As of aug2021 they are quoting 3300 per sft. The project advantage is, it’s right on national highway and which will be STRR soon. Is exactly 15 km from Devanahalli toll. Price is definitely way north. Staff and reception are very good. Explain patiently in detail.

Plan is good, but No hopes that the builder will execute 100 percent as per plan.And my suggestion for people buying there, plz be carefull about the sales executives, there, plz record while speaking with them. Bcoz , when u visit the site they say one price , and when you are ready to book they increse the price, they use there cheap marketing skills, so at the time of registration they may still increase the price. Its my experience, n they disappointed us. If they increase the price , hope they will get more incentives. And plots are not customers choice, even though there are available plots as per plan, they give very limited choices.

Decided to go ahead with their mansion plot i.e. 40*60, looking forward to constructing my home with sports courts, lakeside amenities like bbq deck, aroma garden and theme gardens all nearby within the property at Century Seasons.

Looks like overpriced project compared to location, starting price 3200/sqft is not reasonable for this project, you dont get good return considering project completion at 2022. Many plot owners facing difficulty to resale in north bangalore due to overpriced initial investment
