No good maintenance.....

Over all its a good residence with safe environment and security. Amenities like small swimming pool, Gym, Table Tennis and Badminton court are maintained. Regular social events and initiatives by residence keeps the kids and families active. Only three major issues one is the few stupid management rules, crazy traffic on main road which takes hell of efforts some times and the water supply is 24 hours but its all tanker water with some filters but hard and bad quality of water which affects household equipment like filter, washing machine etc.

Ample breathing space. Lot of space for jogging and walking. Friendly association, good security and active management. Very well maintained pool and amenities.

Beautiful gated community with ample open spaces for recreational activities. Staff at the gate were polite.

Good number of Flats at Bren Unity. Get the name right for a similar sounding name Bren Avon is nearby and you may land up at the wrong place. Shopping for daily needs could be a problem for there is only one kirana shop near the main entrance. You get cabs(read ola) but sometimes you have to wait.

Oh my gosh what a lovely apartment. You are really lucky and enjoy the atmosphere, the pavement, the small park.

Nicely constructed. The only turn off is the management. They are so stupid and make kiddish decisions.

Good enough society considering the facts that the price is low as compared to others nearby and location is also half good. The reason I say that is, it is very near to Marathalli bridge and all surrounding places and for people working in Bagmane workspace, it is hardly 15 mins via bike/scooty.

Nice Society with Spacious flats, and a Club house and a swimming pool of just 4fts

Loud-noise speakers are used whenever a family function or Holy is celebrated in this complex!! That should be avoided!! Lot of old people with heart problems and new-born babies are residing here and they shouldnt be disturbed by noise pollution!!

Worst association and with lame rules...the rules are illogical and instead of helping the residents just frustrates themthe security guards are mere puppets in the hands of association and make you life hell.its not a society but a jail.
