Poor security despite being a gated community. There was zero response from apartment security or management to a recent break in into my house. Extremely frequent power cuts and water is hard water. Services like urbanclap dont work here. Maid and cook services are super expensive.Pros: if management improves there is scope for improvement, location and view is good as it is close to nature, amenities like gym, tennis court etc are good. Ample space for walks and for children to play.

I love this place since it offers various activities for my kids to play, in evening we all go for skating and have fun! The society is well planned and managed. The builders as well have done a great job with the quality of materials used. And it’s also so spacious and comfortable too.

First impression is what matters and I must say that Sunworth has got a super convincing customer service team. They ran me through the entire booking procedure and answered all my queries to their best. The customer service providers are quite approachable and serve you as their own.

Very bad securities thinking they are the owners and seems the association doesnt want to do anything... You cant bring guests and the securities are Ill mannered... Most of the tenants are shifting out even if owners are giving for very low rent... The flats are quite spacious and ventilated. During the day, they are naturally lit and are fresh with the airiness of the place. The whole essence of the property gave us a positive vibe and a comfortable feeling so as to take a decision. I have asked my husband to book with Sunworth only.

Not had good experience with the apartment and authorities. Different rules for bachelors and family and owners have been set. Some of the rules being that guests are not allowed to stay for more than 3 hours. So decide for yourself you really want to stay here

Though located on the outskirts of Bangalore, still Provident Sunworth is at such a place that we can easily travel anywhere in the city. The construction of the project is done using precast technology so that we do not have to worry about its maintenance for a long time. The apartment in which I live is very spacious even when I have installed several furnishing items. The broad road connecting the project is an added advantage for future prospects. Most eminently, we as well as the kids enjoy the amazing amenities here such as the parks, clubhouse, swimming pool, library, ATM, and many others.

As a cautious investor, I first enquired about Sunworth and all my relatives assured me of the worth of the place. On visiting the site, I was more than convinced about investing here. I am into the process currently and will soon be inaugurating my new home. Its a deal I certainly wouldnt regret.

Well I would say if you really have enormous time and money then also dont invest jn this project. I burned my peace of mind, time and money by investing in this. They took 7 years to handover the house and that too after getting behind their back. Not a good decision and really repenting as even during the handover of the house they made me pay a lot of money as unnecessary advance maintenance charges and all. So many issues with the project unresolved and the cost cutting is done to the extent that they havent even given faucets in the bathrooms.On top of it the CRM team has the least time on earth to respond to all your queries and never revert back even after tens of calls claiming that they are busy in the meeting.Very sad state of affairs.

Best place to stay near Kengeri. They got many facilities inside the society. Firstly not anyone can get inside to it. You need prior permission. They got their own swimming pool, different playing ground like football, basketball, cricket and many more. They even have their own shopping area and milk service named 10 minutes here.

December 2020 I made payment to book the flat on this promise that in case we cancel the booking within 10 days, we will get refund in 45 working days no question asked. but till date eve after continuous follow-up nothing has been done. CRM team every time gives you next date to call back. Sales team blocks your number so that you could not reach out to them.Now I hope you can understand how they are operating.Beware of their big promises and be cautious. When you try to buy a property they are so cunning will not show any of the flats till you pay them booking amount.@CRM team please do not reply here till you process my refund as I have called CRM team today as well.

Ppl will tell its due to your negligence2. You hardly get anything from the stores available inside its there just for the name sake3. You cannot walk here at all the time. You have restrictions for that also..4. You hardly get phone signal at home so if your wifi is gone. Then you are left with no options. Unless its corner apartments5. You need to pay for entry and exit of the apartments for no reason6. Association is one of the worst ever thing.. they will never help you for anything7. All your posts in my gate us subjected to admit approval and will never be posted if you are asking something which is against to association8. Power is a biggest problem here atleast 3 to 4 times a day power goes and a standard text comes from clubhouse

One star is also the least that you can provide this brand. It was a mistake to invest here in this brand name. They are just bothered how to make money and not at all interested once sale is done and handing over the property. Lot of issues even before handing of full possession, It has been a nightmare. Parking issues, Maintenance costs are not transparent, they dont have human intervention at all for any issues to sort out. I have been staying at this place for a few months now and am amazed at the peace and calm environment that surrounds me. The connectivity with different parts of the city is quite good due to its prominent location. The greenery around is worth talking about as it keeps me and my family away from the city dust and pollution. Also, we do not have to go out or far much as we have a swimming pool and playgrounds inside the compound. Also, the malls or marketplaces are just a few minutes away. The security in the compound is very tight to ensure peace of mind.

What a set of employees this company has. I think a pre requisite. You should be good in lying and how good you are at ignoring and avoiding customers.No one is reachable ever . I want to know what they do . If the issues are open for 4 months plus. Only one person works and that is the companys CRM email. Keep writing with no responses. Provident sunworth is the most inhumane society ever. The guards are extremely unreasonable, rude and disrespectful especially towards women. They do not care about the safety of women whatsoever. I would not recommend the society to anyone who cares about their quality of life and standard of living. It is also remotely placed, and ubers dont even come to Provident. It also just really stinks in general and there is a huge cockroach problem.

Provident Housing Limited promised if you refer someone. you will be getting purva privilage offer which will be paid by cheque around Rs. 50000 to 60000. For last 2 years I am following up for the same but every time they say it will be given within 15 days. I sent so many emails & called also but now they have stopped responding also. Because of this lie, I am giving this 1 star. I advise people not to fall for this Purva Privilage trap as they are not going give money.

The property is good but I need to tell you about one feature that I love the most! - the grocery store. No one likes running to the store for groceries after a hard day of working in the office. Provident Sunworth has India’s first super grocery store by BigBasket within the residential complex campus and now all my grocery needs are easily fulfilled.

Since, my daughter is in any of the sports and activities at school, she needs to practice. Shes into swimming, bball and skating. Worst place to live. I live here. Its very hard to survive here. They show off all kinds of luxury like pool and shopping market. But once you start living here u will start feeling like its a hostel. You will find more security guards here than tenants. Right at the entrance gate, u will find more than six security gaurds standing like a gang of boys on the road side. In other places security gaurds say salaam to people. Here they will make their own rule and talk to everyone like the tenants are prisoners and these people are from police department. Any time you step out to start a good day or come back home after having a bad day you have to go through these staff people. No matter how ever you try to follow their rules its impossible. Because they will make rules according to their wish. They wont post it anywhere officially. And they constantly keep changing or cancelling their rules. All of my friends are in palm haven and vbhc because of this reason. I am also moving out . On top of that the staff themselves dont follow the rules. Most of them r not using masks during lockdown.To sum up, provident sunworth is nothing but hundreds of security gaurds and staff trying to punish you for not following the rules that they unofficially make and change evryday.To feel at home, this is not the right place. You can feel like its a luxurious prison

All the groceries needed are available well within the premises of the project. My kids love living here because of the easy access to malls and amusement arena. The amenities are really good. The project has everything covered. It is totally worth to invest in Provident Sunworth.

I purchased a Sunworth property 5 months ago, and my family and I are very happy with this. The metro station is nearby and hence makes it so easy to get around.

It’s a great place to stay with family. Considering the Basketball court, football court, children’s playground, swimming pool and other amenities, we have everything we need here. Sunworth even has a small shopping area within the premises which has everything we need.

Water leaking inside the flat. Lot of seepage problem which gets addressed very late approx month, by then wall paints are coming out. Need to improve security by adopting recording camera rather than live camera or no camera.

Really pathetic situation. No e-khata and no registration even after 3 years of possession (5M-305, 2nd phase, 3bhk).I have invested my life time’s investment for buying this flat and now I am living with deep anxiety.What is really worrisome is the CRM team is not even bothered to reply to my mail regarding this. Worst experience from Purvankara and their customer care.So at last on September 30, 2020, I received a mail from CRM team stating that I will get E-Khata within 45 days (I do not know how many 45 days have gone and has reached 3 years). So, November 15th is the deadline and let me see if they will keep their words.

Visited the property few days back & came to know from security guys that there payments were held up by the association as the builder has not yet released the advance maintenance amount taken by the owners at the time of registration & they are arm twisting the association to give NOC without completing the due work as mentioned in the sales deed. Be careful guys with any such builders !!!

At first their were lot of vacant homes, we were not noticing much crowd. From past few months occupancy has been drastically increased. More than owners 80% of the occupants are Tenants (Most of them are students).Every month atleast one police case will be their, no security to live this apartment.It is like a fish market. At present they completed 2phases with more than 2600 apartments out of them 90% are occupied with Students.It takes 3.2km from my house to go to Mysore road, they have marketed this project is 700mtrs away from Mysore road, which is rubbish.This is my daily routine to come to Mysore road3.2km49 humps110 Pot holes

Rubbish service from their customer care team.I am the owner of their flat and for the last one year sending emails and calling them over telephone to get one key of my flat which has been given to them for rectifying some mistake.Since myself is abroad, have given the authorisation to my friend.But no proper reply to mails or over telephone...Their after sales service is very poor and do not know how many customers are being dragged like this.....
