Decent residential apartment on a busy road. The quality of the project is not that great. Swimming pool, gym, club house are small. Approach road is always busy and full of potholes.

Aaspire to build and live in a dream house, then its the best place. With French windows, spacious indoor, and located at the most happening place - Marathahalli! Its close by to hospitals, many restaurants, schools and public transport.

Better than other in near by area. In this area most of the apparent are in pure boxy shape but this is decent with amenities.

Started staying so far so good 👌. Very helpful Management. Great Community.

Lovely place where Ripple Infra Office cum Guest house on the 5th Floor. Well constructed and maintained complex. Surrounded by all varieties of amenities, shopping

The water and power backup amenities are really good. The flats are decently priced and at the closed distance to some major Tech parks thereby reducing the time to commuteThe maintenance is decent and the society houses a gym, swimming pool, indoor games room and they carefully vet the security, maids etc.

1. Very well constructed, spacious Flats.2. Amenities available - swimming pool, gym, childrens play area.3. Secured. Has cctv cameras and security guards.4. Borewell.5. Only problem is Locality outside. Its not very posh but manageable.

Very sad place to stay esp for bachelors. They charge more maintaiance fees for bachelors and they give least respect to the people.

500 meters from outer ring road with all basic amenities .

Nice Appartment in Marathalli and also a big nodal point for Uber and Ola cabs as the pick up point.

This place has the location benefit only. It is near to ORR and Marathahalli, which add some value to this property. The area is crowdy and dusty/polluted.

Good place with access to most business areas and facilities all around.

The society has good facilities and security. But the road is prone to traffic and dust
