An average appartment i can call no value for money 3500 maintenance for 3bhk house with no swimming pool no jogging track no play area lol n heights is someone mentioned its safe for kids several times kids were under my car wheels its tat safe 😅 money minded ppl lot of differentiate between owners n tenants...and security no secirity for ur footware and even for milk packets which r delivered to ur house....rent is also expansive now a days

I pass by your apartment everyday to work and have observed that you have the exhaust of your sewage treatment plant throwing the gases on the riders and drivers. This is a health hazard and can make easily people ill as the gases contains microorganisms. I request you to take the exhaust to the northern side towards the trees... I again request you to take this matter seriously.

Great place to live. Friendly and efficient housing association. Takes care of all needs. Almost all amenities are closeby. In time this place will be in the midst of a very posh and beautiful area better than Whitefield. Lucky are those who own a house here or rented one to live in.

Pros: Calm, clean, secure, 24 hours water and electricity, upcoming metro station nearby.Cons: No market nearby, very basic amenities, no good Internet service provider allowed, very bad cellular signal reception.Im living here for more than one year now. Within a radius of 2 kms, you would get almost everything, but inside society, there are very few facilities, although they are developing these things day by day.

I have spent my last 3 years in Jal VayuHeights @A-404. One of the best community living one can experience with lot of open spaces and greenery all around.Walking distance from Peenya metro station is an added attraction. All festivals are celebrated with equal fervour and gaiety. One of the hinderance is from Brigade Rubix office complex till JVH there is no proper street light.Overall a great place to stay in away from the hustle and bustle!!!
