A scheme set up by the promoters to extort money from unsuspecting seniors and their families. A lot of promises made on the level of safety and facilities that will be provided, the staff and especially the estate manager fail to follow up on their so called “promises”.Calls go unanswered every time a query is to be raised, basic necessities like water, newspapers and cable connection is lacking.The estate manager only quotes how much we need to pay and falsely provides a sense of security.It’s been over 2 months since my grandfather has returned froM the facility, the state manger Mr. Ganesh Maiya hasn’t picked up our repeated calls asking for an invoice for the stay. This all points to a grand money making plan that he and the promoters have setup. Never again

For senior living, i would say the best place to live. You have everything inside. Very good concept by Primus Mantri and big salute to their Dynamic young and energetic MD

Post initial enquiry found the place very expensive and unresponsive. The point of contact was always too busy and impatient. He never picks up the call. Apartment maintenance 5k, Primus service 10k, Food 6k. Primus service includes Concierge , House keeping and activities.Just seems like a setup to make money and not provide quality service to the elderly.Spoke to few inmates. They are not happy with food. They find it tasteless. Personally had Karabath for breakfast, it was having no taste. Chutney was ok and thanks to it managed to finish plate of KaraBath. Coffee was ok.Good side is Bhajans, Exercise session and other activities for elderly. Common areas are clean. Ambience is silent and peaceful.So guess as long as value of money and food is not a concern, one can stay here.

Its basically community living for senior citizens. The place is well kept, has a 24 hours medical assistance and a emergency room.The food is good- tasty.

Facilities are good though they are located very far from the city. Very expensive monthly maintenance. Difficult to live if senior citizens doesnt have a very high income. Management is making more money in the name of monthly maintenance

My aunt is staying at Primus Reflection , I am so happy to see her enjoy herself with different activities. She keeps inviting us during the festivals to be part of their celebrations. Its really nice of the team to take care of the residents like their family members.

Very well planned and maintained senior living apartments comprising of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK on Kanakapura Road situated between Art of living and Bridge Meadows. Its basically apartment with services like house keeping, basic medical facility, concergies and food being offered as a service. It has library, games room, gym, snooker pool, swimming pool, Party hall which also serves as a movie theater. Many senior citizens are living and community is good and well mannered. Festivals are celebrated by the community, engrams like health checkup, pep talk etc., are conducted for the benefit of the residents. Sales and Maintenance team are very professional, co-operative and caring. Food offered is good and keeping in mind needs of the senior citizens. Overall a good place to live.

This is a review of Adarsh who runs this project along with Primus Eden.My parents had visited this community on a rental basis (an option they had toyed with) from USA. While the residents were a truly delightful, the community is run in the most shameful manner.Mr. Nihas was our main point of communication. All was good until there was a change in policy which occurred overnight to stop rentals in the community. Primary driver behind this being the loss that Mr.Adarsh is facing with this.With that change, my parents decided to vacate the premises and since there has been absolutely no communication regarding the refund of the deposit.We children trust organizations tthat promise a wonderful retirement community in India and send our parents away from us. The management here lacks lal responsibility and ethics .As mentioned, the apartments now are only for sale as there is athis facility is running on a heavy loss. It is unfortunate really considering what a good place this could have been.
