One of the best society in bengaluru region near to tech mahindra IT park. Very big and well maintained society with 1000+ flats. A huge garden comprising of medicinal, herbal, decorative etc flowers and trees. It has many garden for small children and swimming pool too. Also, 1 km jogging tracks with sitting areas in between in case of rain. The rooms are big and modern with one side open with large glass doors. There is also 2 level parking in basement. The security is strict and uses mygate application for entry. Although maintenance is very high but worth living in. Also the society office is huge and also strictly follows covid rules.

Good place and good secure apartments - the entrance, security, landscape and location, all get a thumbs up. Good community and services within apartment for delivery or shopping. Lots of classes on offer for kids within the apartment.When you enter the basement, man is a puzzle and for a big car is nightmare. The pillars are too many and too close - very bad design. Further, lifts are too small - hardly fits more than 4 folks.I hear from friends that the TechM side has the stench from the garbage dump at ~2km displacement. West side apartments are better and better suited as you go higher than 5th floor.

One of the well Throughout and laid out luxurious apartment complex in EC2 area. Ther is a nice greenery maintained and facilities seem to be like a Star hotel. Views from higher floors are stunningly beautiful. Looks like very good value for luxurious living style. I heard they also conduct flea market stalls and festive shops.. Nice to know.

The bad rating is for the terrible state of water in the bathrooms. The STP is dysfunctional and the bathroom smells like a gutter most of the time. There are constant plumbing issues too. Top notch external amenities and a great landscape count for zilch if basic hygiene issues are not resolved.

Near Tech Mahindra office in EC phase 2, This builder has done a great job in making some new projects. The flats designed and buildings have good architecture , spacious and also well constructed. Over 1000 flats spread over 16 acres. The apartment complex is beautifully done. Close access to the main road makes it an ideal choice.

Wow, just mind blowing. Ample space with multiple garden, swimming pool, sitting area, play area and so on. Even with those many apartments one does not feel conjusted in any of the amenities. Cabs, Bounce, yulu are available in abundance just outside the gate. Great place for family with small kids.

Good. Peaceful place. Have seen many appartment of SNN. This one is very nicely built and behind the Tech Mahindra and TCS office in E.city phase 2.

My friend owns a flat here and i visit him often.I have not seen an apartment building with so many play areas and facilities for kids..Not just outdoor play areas but they also have an indoor bouncy castle similar to the ones we see these days in malls...If you have toddlers then this is the best place to stay...There are 4 swimming pools including a jacuzzi pool which was amazing..I wish they had one pool which was temperature controlled though..

Undoubtedly one of the best apt complex and unfortunately this is very close to solid waste treatment plant so do your research before buying. A lot of complaint abt bad smell

I am planning to buy property in this aparement and really impressed by luxury club house and greenery in apartment but luckily I took feedback from residents who stay there I got to there is bad smell coming from near by Solid waste management plant which is 3 kms away from property but 1 km arial distance and the frequency of smell is frequent as per builder its once in a while but as per residents its frequent and you need to close house windows and the duration of smell might sustain for hours or sometime full day, so please do your complete home work befor booking here.

They entice buyers with great greenery and amenities while they cut cost on the quality of the apartments . Yet another (among many other issues like less than stated carpet area, numerous hollow tiles , damp walls etc) is the quality of the plumbing of the upper floor toilets .... Just remove the false ceiling and take a look ....... the gaps are filled with m-seal ....... god only knows whether they will stand the test of time ..... Yukkk!
