Stay away..This Legacy Group is a fraud company. They make projects in litigated lands by purchasing lands from people by plying fraud. Then the cheat the buyers who invest believing the company.For Eg., Sy.No.265, 1 Acre 26 Guntas at Shettigere Village near KIAL(SYNo. 265-1A-26G), is under litigation - OS.No.652/2016 stay order passed in Devanahalli Court. So people who believe in posh ads of the company please do not invest or buy property from the cheater Legacy Group.
Ongoing project..its near to KIADB industrial hub and airport 2nd runway..just 1km from bangalore city to airport highway. Good for investment considering 2020 and good for people who are working in KIAL bangalore airport.
Work is stopped. May be some legal issues.
