I am extremely disappointed with the way things are handled post notice of possession. They always followed up for few days delay in payment but least bothered about finishing and snag points once the payment is done. During complete lock down we could not t take possession as per notice and we had to pay the penalty ( they stated handover will be impacted if penalty is not paid). The agency they have hired did not even bother to give true copy even after multiple follow up and pleading. The sales and marketing team who were so proactively behind us for purchase and payment does not even respond to our calls post paymentNow it has been 3 months since handover the place is still not habitable with fungus that has developed on walls and still not rectified even after multiple follow ups.We trusted the brand value of Godrej and invested our hard earned money and this is the quality of construction and treatment we get. The feedback given for the survey has gone to deaf ears.
Its worth buying. Absolutely loved this place. You have a club house and lot of open space for jogging and visitors parking. Its very open. And the flats are very well designed. Love this place.
Having an extremely traumatic experience working with Harsha Harindran. Low integrity, incompetence and unresponsive communication leading to a handover that has lasted for 6 months. Also, no response/communication on refunding the additional amount taken from me by Harsha.Somebody from Godrej needs to come down on the ground to see how customers are handled. I am not able to get things done and staff not living upto the brand name.
It has lot of open spaces..along with neatly maintained garden and round the clock security personnel at the main gate and at every tower.
There are investors who have blocked the apartments at the time of booking and now they are seeking a profit of 50-60 lakhs. It is another set of boxes, no difference from any other apartment but expectations are too high. The sales team is horrible. One told me that ground floor flat is available but when I reached there, they said its not available. It is a Trap. No resale value for these apartments
The sales and pre-sales have no idea as whats happening.....highly unorganised.I wanted to buy a 2 bhk and no one is even bothered to send out the details.And why do you guys need to ask this stupid question.....do you have the budget for it....thats so unprofessional....whoever is training these guys is not fit to lead the team....Highly Disappointed!!!!!!!!!
Except a few flats in ground floor most of the units are sold out. There is no one to explain about the project as well. I felt you can talk to someone in Godrej sales team about the project for details instead of visiting the site. If you are interested you can find good amount of units for resale

Had a very bad experience with Harsha/Godrej united staff for any matter. There are highly irresponsible. Entire staff of godrej shows a lot of attitude right from security guards. Lifts are not working. You have to climb up .Advice to godrej- Yours flats are being sold because of brand value but if you will continue recruiting such staff then God bless you for your future endeavours

Premium project and high pricing.However didnt feel that the prices were transparent. The sales personnel were warm and enthusiastic however prices told by sales personnel kept on changing each time we spoke. The proximity to metro station, malls would be its plus points but not if ones looking at a much calm and quieter location.

Apartment is in nice location and construction quality is decent. However, be careful from their marketing and CRM team and cautious with their offers when booking apartment. In order to sell the flat they would provide a number of offers but they are all bluff and they will not fulfill their commitment.Certain fixtures that they say are premium however are of average quality and there is no transparency on the type of material used.
Having invested in Godrej property in Electronic City we are totally disappointed. We thought we are booking a branded apartment which will look classy. What we have got is a horrible looking entrance with a nalla going right in front of the gate. No landscaping done and it has been treated as a dumping ground. Put life savings on this and have been cheated by the builder. The building has got cracks outside which is being hidden by the builder. Do not invest in Godrej without complete information as they are only lending their brand name and taking all the money.
Customer service is abysmal. Godrej United Relationship manager does not pick up the phone or respond to whatsapp messages. Worse than working process in a government office. The customer is left high and dry. This appears to be Godrejs first project execution and handover. Godrej Group (@GodrejGroup) It was not at all a premium experience. Youre not living up to your brand reputation. I am very unhappy with my decision to invest in Godrej.

Perfect location, good builder and construction. Got delayed due to approvals and metro station coming in front of it, however now on fast track to get completed. With all the amenities that one can regularly use.

The marketing folks at Godrej are not professional and not transparent. Especially when it comes to the total cost of ownership and the project completion timeline. You may end up paying big additional amount than what is mentioned in your price breakdown and this may be becasue of misguidance from the marketing team. The corporate folks will just ignore your request or give some meaningless explanation. Please ensure that you understand the details on total base cost, tax and timeline

Not worth the money. They teamed up with united builders and gave Ecity to hard working people with walls falling apart and not even a decent gate. And mysteriously all the key godrej Bangalore people have overnight gotten fat and wearing tons of gold ( I mean you Prasanna). Corrupt builder who wouldnt stop cheating you.
They are hiding their North Facing 3bhks saying they are sold lol...! . Looks like they want to sell the 3bhks facing the road first.

I was interested in this project but after carefully considering all the facts I came to the conclusion of not buying it ... I have listed my perspective, decision is yours- very costly(5899/ sqft) considering the facilities they are providing (had it been sobha I could have digested the fact)- no outdoor games facilities, tennis court, basketball, cricket pitch etc., no indoor badminton court- now see what are they providing as indoor games (really ridiculous) -- chess, cards, carom, table tennis and squash court (which most of us dont play :) )- they are claiming low density apartments and 80% open space and all, but I think they are intentionally under utilizing the space to save the cost, other builders are also providing 80% open space but after giving all the amenities. In Godrej United, builder is wasting lot of space in unnecessary landscaping, in the brochure they have mentioned something like natural rock preservation for landscaping apart from that area behind panaroma tower is complete waste. So basically we get less space for utilization- Weird designs: floor plans for individual units are not great, e.g. if you look at typical 2.5 bhk kitchen and dining are not connected, weirdly adjusted 0.5 room as study room that too exactly in front of main door, if you look at some 3 bhk you will get one bedroom on left/right side as soon as you enter the home- 2.5 bhk is priced at 1.2 crore including registration, just imagine you if you want to resale after 2-3 years, now who will pay more than 1.2 crores to buy a 2.5 bhk? someone would buy 3 bhk rather than buying 2.5 bhk- I know garudacharpalya metro station is opposite, but is it really a selling point??? just imagine the traffic situation after that - more taxis-ola, uber, two wheelers, buses in addition to the already existing IT traffic, phoenix and VR mall traffic , not sure about parking facility at metro station if its there then it will be worse....- surrounding area is not that great, doesnt look like a posh locality- no basic facilities in nearby area like milk shops, grossary shops, medical, family restaurants etc. (I guess there is something inside brigade metro-police)- didnt see general physician / dental clinics in nearby area (I may be wrong here)- Godrej staff sales/ CRM is completely unprofessional, unqualified and disinterested (beware of sales staff after you book the unit through them they dont even pick up your call or respond to your email, they are just interested in their commission)
Absolutely awesome location. All the malls, Decathlon, Metro Cash & Carry, and the Metro station itself is like a stones throw away.
They are cheaters. Took booking amount in 2014 and no construction till 2017. Godrej is not the land owner, nor is it building the property. Expect 3rd grade builderss quality. Amenities are not good compared to Brigade Metropolis.

I visited the place but none was available to clarify my queries. Big issue for a car to travel towards Phoenix is to go to Hoodi and come back.
