I purchased a cctv minotor, they gave a default piece. Hdmi port and VGA both didtn work. When requested for a refund, they made me wait for an hour for refund informing they need to add me into their current bank account and the only they can transfer. This is so pathetic. Worst service experience.

Worst experience i have ever gotAt first they were complaining about other shops about how they will take advance and give old laptopsI asked for sealed product and he took 1k as an advance and after 1hr he brought some pieceEven i can say it was not company seal and they wrapped with some cover and old sealBut i was not much botheredLater when i opened the box the laptop modal inside was different(whose price 7k less available online),but on the box modal name mentioned was what we asked himLater we got frustrated and started arguing about itHe was arguing foolishly like its the mistake happened from the companyWe took our money back and left the shopBe careful whenever you are buying laptops in SP road.I will never visit this shop again.
