Good pitstop on the way to Bangalore. Open till midnight, however food tends to get over by 10-10:30 pm

Very disappointing experience. Visited at peak evening hours and most of the menu, including cappuccino and frappes were out of stock and unavailable. Definitely a CCD experience to forget.

A good place for a stop on NH 48.Has clean restrooms and hygienic food.

Good place for a quick stop on your journey. Clean and well maintained facilities. Not very crowded. Standard CCD food and drinks, however not everything is in stock always. May not match expectations of regular CCD customers in terms of ambience and availability. Staff is good.

Excellent stop. Well managed and with clean restrooms. Not sure how we would all manage on the Goa Bangalore highway without the Cafe Coffee Day stops on the route. All the best to them.

Not CCD because they dont even know how to make coffee, very unprofessional staff. Try some other place instead of wasting money on food here, not good at all. I hope they learn customer handling a bit. I just wasted my money for very bad food. They dont even take any requests, so fake. And if you give a feedback all they do is get offended for truth and shout back.

Pathetic experience.. we paid for 2 cold coffee wasted 20mins took just one dip each and returned them coz the MILK was SPOILT and the drinks were pathetic.We were offered a replacement but couldnt afford 20mins and didnt get the confidence to risk the product.The staff were fiddling with straws with bare hands.. if CCD cant even provide individually wrapped straws atleast it can teach the team to not mishandle especially in times of this pandemic where hand hygiene is so crucial.We didnt want to waste our time so didnt even take a refund, we simply left.There is not even hand wash liquid in the toilets leave alone keeping a sanitiser..Extremely disappointed.. if thats the level ccd has gone to its rather unfortunate.

When you want to have coffee break on a long ride CCD is the one, I like this place coz I reached here at around 8pm in night on my way to b’lore the staff was polite and helpful 👌

Pet friendly. Staff is nice. Washroom was clean and my mom, who is very particular was positive about the ladies facilities tooVery limited availability from the menu . They had no sugar free sweeteners and the sugar was not in sachets but loose in bowl. Not a good thing in Covid timehad a cappuccino which was quite all right. So was their filter coffee.

This place is located inbetween HP petrol pump and Kamath Upachar, good place to hangout for locals and for travellers for quick and good coffee. Had ordered vanilla Latte and panner sandwich.. Latte had less vanilla flavour and was not that hot, had to ask him for it..

Very poor outlet. The staff in front office is utterly waste. Taken min 15 mins to deal with one customer and the rest are piling up as a big queue. The toiletry are very nasty. Not worth to have a stop

Very good customer care. we were 3 customers, i was 3rd supposed to be , but i was the one near the cash counter. To get confirmation from my family members i was 3rd. In me order 2 cappuccinos and one full round cake. We were very hungry , i did not get any of my order till 5 minutes , so i went to the cash counter and asked him the cake is already for the last 3 days, y cant you give that to us . He replied u r in the 3rd order. Then i shouted at him, see i already told u we are hungry what kind of service r u doing. As usual like all coffee day , he did not reply

Is this fare what you peoples done now.My name Is anjan and am traveller I was traveled in Bangalore Puna highway we stopped for using rest room in this CCD all aged womens when we entered the Door some os executives came and he behave rudle and he is not permitted using the rest roomMay you tell me management is this fare what you peoples done in midnight and as High court says in hotel and petrol bunks as giving a permission to use the restroom at any time any ware in IndiaI want reply from management

Only good thing about the place is its available in remote location. Else I would give 1 star. The person who took order without asking our opinion he upgraded to what is available at high price. No other digital payments were allowed except debit card(Amazon or other modes)

Poor outlet when compared to a typical CCD but considering there is no other option in that stretch I am giving it a 4*. It was kind of a savior.

I have been here thrice, one time was an average experience. other time the was a billing dispute and the last time they was no one to serve... I had my coffee from the adjoining kamat(dont try it, its like a sugar syrup)

Good place to chill out. Latte is nice here. Get a mug, hang out for hours if youve no place to go.

We had to wait for more than thirty minutes to get two cups of cappuccino, many people left after seeing the wait time. Since they had already taken money and were adament of not to provide refund. The reason provided by them was the coffee machine gets turned off as its connected to server. Gods knows which server he was taking about. But this might be my last visit to this particular outlet. Coffee taste was good.

Coffee day is the same. But they need to allow more payment methods like Google pay, paytm ,etc

I always stop at the CCD on the highways because of its clean restrooms and cleanliness of the place.. CCD has never disappointed on this regard till now.. Good coffees to sip during long drives..

Not clean. Dusty both inside and outside. Couple of guys were smoking on outside tables and making the entrance dirty. Staffs are not bothered about it.

Its not at all good, full water water. Very bad coffee. You ppl can have outside some small shop.You can feel very poor coffee day I never ever had this kind of coffee at any ccd.Ccd machine coffee is better to man made.

I ordered multigrain chicken wrap, egg wrap and devils own. I was disappointed with egg wrap. It wasnt wrapped...it was folded with just a paratha and no proper filling. Taste was not for foodie.

Place is right after haveri (pune to blore route). IOC petrol pump and kamat are on the same premises.Standard menu but its in a very peaceful and serene location, one of my favs on this route!

Very quick service compared to other CCDs. Nice cosy place which is not crowded.

A refreshing hangout en-route Hubli...cool place and the staff are good...if you find it a bit crowded...be ready to wait...as a dark frappe and a cappuccino took 15 minutes to arrive...
