We bought an hp laptop through amazon which sourced it from mr naresh singh of prince IT world. We payed Rs1.27lacs for the laptop for a senior citizen . The laptop sent was an old one with an expired guarantee and not even the colour we asked for. We have desperately been trying to get a replacement or a fresh piece to no avail..We dont want anyone to go through what we did with our hard earned money . Totally totally upset and disappointed with amazon and mr naresh singh of prince IT world . I hope the govt takes action in such cases otherwise online purchase of hi end products is dangerous.

Worst experience. I purchased refurbished laptop before lockdown - it is not working without battery. I went down personally but they did not fix it after making me wait for 4 hours. Owner Mr. Naresh Singh is irresponsible jerk not taking calls.
