I just had the WORST SERVICE experience from this service centre. They dont care about the customers at all. They have been very impolite with me. I had a battery issue with my laptop and Ive asked for a service at site because I was still in the first year warranty period. They didnt provide any service at site rather they took my laptop, replaced the battery and asked for the administrators account password in the lap. I had provided a standard open account for them to check the battery issues. But they asked for administrators account password which contains all my personal details,photos and even all my accounts and my wifes was logged in the system. If theyve informed me about this earlier,I couldve managed to open the account for them. Or instead they couldve done that at my place. Firstly they told me that they had to install some softwares. When I asked about the software, they had no answer.They were very impolite and failed to inform me the problem correctly.
