When we came here we were welcomed by a very kind lady, who is very capabele with computers and laptops. My screen was broken and I tought I would not find a new one for this specific laptop in India. But she told us that they could probably fix it within a day! But only two hours after I brought the laptop, I got a phone call that it had been replaced! They had even replaced it for a mat screen, what i really wanted. Horrible customer service. Took the laptop with a promise of service and return back within 1 day. Kept the laptop for 2 days and did not even touch it. Nothing has been done or worked upon. Not even general cleaning. And I have been charged 885 rupees for nothing. Pathetic service totally do not recommend this place.

The lady quoted me the price rs 69500 for IdeaPad 520. Later i called up to ask if the there is a possibility of reducing further and she promised to call me back within 15 mins. Never got a callback. On calling a day later, to my surprise, the price was jacked up to Rs 71500. Reason dollar rate fluctuation.... Wow really ???

The worst ever experience. Sells defective products and when try to reach them they never pick up call. You will always find atleast one customer present in their store with one or the other problem with their service or product. Had to write the review which i generally never write because i dont want any other face the issue i faced. You will find lot of other stores in indranagar try them first.

They sell defective products... cheat the customers by selling used products... when i made the payment they told it will take 2 hrs to get u d product. i waited for almost 4 hours,.. i checked d box it was already opened earlier... be careful... next to it Lenovo store is there.. u will find lenovo people sitting inside DELL store... they sell products by installing pirated software i guess... when i asked why lenovo people r roaming inside DELL store then they told both Lenovo and Dell stores owned by same owner...please be careful when buying products from these stores... donno wat kind of products they sell...
