Only Bazaar that Charges for Parking based on Hours like in Biger Malls! Most of the Local Residents avoid this Branch for the Parking Charges! Products are Mid-Range, Pocket Friendly & Very Helpful Staff! Billing needs Improvement! This Branch is loosing Big Time Due to the Parking Charges!!

Today I have visited Big Bazaar, Banashankari. Even though In your app it is clearly mentioned that free door delivery is valid for in-store and as well as for shop.bigbazaar.com (for purchase of items above rs.2000/), they have collected delivery charges of rs. 49/. Which is not correct. Other wise you could have mentioned clearly stating that free delivery is only for on line purchase.

Spacious and quality Big Bazar. Prices also very competitive to other malls. Good place to visit with family. Evenings and weekends will be crowded much.

It is a good place to purchase groceries, others are okay but best place to purchase groceries.

I had purchased goods worth Rs1570/ on 22 May, under offer of Rs 1000/- cash back over Rs 1500/- purchase. I have tried several times to get further information as I havent received any cash back or information. When I will understand that or get cashback.

It is nice experience in big bazaar . This is my first shopping in there and I felt very good. The customer service also great . The only reason I am giving 4 star for due of stocks instead of that very thing is good

First get rid of those SBI staffs who always keep on coming to us for Credit card purpose. Its such irritating. Wont even let us shop peacefully, even wont allow to walk peacefully.Or give them a dedicated place, where interested people can go there & visit them, instead of them coming behind us every time everywhere !Clothes collection are good. Theyve got some fair amount of brand collection. After lockdown, they havent got any new stocks or collection.Prices are on bit higher side.

I have ordered many items on 15.05.2021 with delivery slated between 2 pm and 4 pm on the same day. But it is surprising to note that even after 24 hours, I am yet to receive my orders. Big bazaar has propogated 2 hours delivery, but even after 24 hours, there is no one to respond to the call, nor any information received from them.

Such a idiotic place where staffs arent paying attention to the customer whole sections are kept empty and no proper response... And pathetic staffs

Good place for shopping but not price friendly as advertised. The apple is 200 rs a kilo with a normal vendor but 240 in big bazar the quality of apples are same and the taste as well. Watches are cheap i mean cheap quality will only work for 2 days if you are extremely lucky

I placed an order. In that order I recieved a product, Nilgiris cow ghee without mrp, batch no. and mfg. Date. How they can sell such product. I repeatedly called their help line and also wrote a mail. But no use. Nobody is responding. Worst service. I am planning to take to concerned authority of food dept.

Big store and lot of people working cool however no one is sure about how to work so no point is having so big store. This is the second time i got dress with beep tag on it now i have to go back to remove it. No one really know how to work other wise awesome store and great range of products. So lot of possibilities 😜Pani puri shop out side the big bazaar man i think he get salt for free because his items are too salty and adds lot of water total waste

M really disgusted with home delivery service. I ordered the items on 12th May and schedule for delivery 12 to 2pm. Still I dint get any updates. I have 11 months kid and cant go outside. I ordered almost 5.5k value of order. I dont have enough grocery to cook. Always I prefers grocers or big basket. But in that delivery schedule is more than 4days. So I prefer big bazar online shopping and made a payment. But now I dont have money to buy in shop for emergency and still I dint get any updates. Really you people are playing with us in this current situation. Disgusted

Today I visited Big Bazzar. I had purchased mushrooms for 100rs. They were rotten and I told them to take it back but they refused and told me that once bill is generated it cannot be changed. This is a clear example of cheating customers with their market policies.

A good place to shop grocery items , household articles and fresh vegetables. There is separate floor for the display of articles like washing machine, beds, furnitures and utensils.There is credit card facility.

Worst service ever! No wonder y it is running in loss.

A big store of big bazaar which maintains good stock in the store. However I agree with earlier reviews staff at billing counter creates fuss which makes you drop items in case you are shopping during sales promotions. Parking is charged which can be redeemed if you shop for Rs1200. Also entrance and exit of car parking is narrow so would not suggest to beginners.

It is good but products are not good and many brands are their in that and in that canteen is also their and it takes future pay also

Good place to buy everything, car parking available in the basement, lift services are available, two wheeler parking inside the compound, variety of products available spread over three floors, plenty of discount options are in force, more than ten billing counters, temp is checked and Sanitisers to be used and other covid19 protocol followed strictly, vegetables, provisions, fruits, juices, clothing, bed spreads, etc available with wide range of products, wheel chair access to the shop and car parking available, staff are friendly, great place to save also, credit cards and NCP payments accepted,

Big Bazar is a very big shopping center and well known in this area.

As usual regular market.. family can visit and 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking is there at chargeable basis and can be redeemed if shopping done for rs.800+ during billing.

I love this one. Its huge, three floors and its like a one stop shop. Everything from fruits, vegetables to clothes and home furnishings and stuff is available here. Very nicely managed and great product range.

This branch dont have stock from last 5 months and still dey ask us to take profit club card. Its of no use when dey dont have enough stock.. From last 5 months v have not done any shopping from here.. When v ask dem about the stock dey answer dat stock will come in 15days due to corona its delay, but other all supermarkets r having enough stocks.

Good stock of all items. Only problem is the continuous chasing by sales womens of the store for selling prepaid discount cards. Almost to 20 people I had to answer that I have a card during my 1 hour shopping time. They are truly irritating.

In this covid time no one in the counter is using mask and not even a gloves ..

Workers are not supporting to customers and dress changing rooms are not cleanly maintained.

Not delivering the order on time, due to delay i cancelled by order and till date i havnt received refund from them. Whenever im tring to call them and none are receiving the call... This is the worst service.

Placed the order on the Morning of 10th May 2021, given slot was 12-2pm. Waited the entire day but never received any response and when called neither they answered. 11th of May received a message with the delivery guy contact number but when called he asked for the address and hung up.....this is the worst service from Big Bazaar during the lockdown period where people are in need of something and they fail to deliver the good even after taking the entire money....pathetic service

I feel the place is a bit over rated... I usually buy clothes there and I feel there wasnt much options to pick from... They still have their old stocks which is not moving... There wasnt much budget friendly, low or mid cost clothes... Maybe it needs some more low cost, fine fabric clothes.

Spacious shopping centre with a lot of offers available every time of the year. This is the only place on that road with a decent parking. Parking for upto two hours is charged at Rs 20 and reimbursed if shopped for more than 799. Remember to carry the parking ticket along and dont keep it in the vehicle. All the areas are clearly demarcated and alleys are good to push the trolley around. I found the veggies fresh. There is an apparel section too for men, woman and children. Nice experience.

They have a large range of item - all food items are on the first floor, clothes and accessories on second floor and other items like utensils, towels on third floor. This place is really big and has a lot of billing counters. However, if the power goes off, the billing is interrupted as all the billing systems shut down. Restarting takes a lot of time.

Better to avoid... multiple counters...all closed only one may be working in 1st floor.. employees .. just sit in corner and chat.. have no clue of which product is kept where...

Everything is good, then why 1*. I am regular customer from last 10 years.from last one year it is literally a torture to go there at least 10 times from different sales boy/girl will keep asking buy for profit club, sbi credit card ,dry dates, cockroach pesticides . Even though I have both .in every row they keep asking management would have given sales target. But why should customers should be tortured ,just because we are going there, then seriously should stop going there. Even same feed back given to store manager last time

They are not even eligible for one star. They are very worst in the service. I had a purchased a electron item here which as worth of 4000 It got repaired only in one day.

Good household items at a low price. Good clothing items too. For adults and kids of all ages. I had been to purchase some toys and I did not find any good ones. Most of them were torn open.. Some with dust settled on. Chess games and carrom board with pawns missing. They have good options for kids/toddler bags there though.

Anybody looking for a quick stay amidst lush greenery, must visit this place. They have spacious and beautiful suites. There is a waterfall right next to the property, an ideal place to soak in the sun or soak in the beauty of the surroundings

Well stocked and great price..

My first visit to the store was pathetic, I bought groceries, went to the Till, staff there told me wrong tag. Waited for 10 min, staff from the dept comes & apologies for wrong price on the display. I say its not my problem, dept staff returns & sends Manager. Manager comes apologies & she removes the price label from the product (so that I do not create any issues) credit card machine did not accept my card (store issue) Paid cash & left.

Good place to shop. No issue with 4 wheeler parking. Situated in the main road itself, so no search required at all.
