Really bad power testing.The optometrist is not qualified to be testing for eye power.Their testing frame is almost broken.But the people are nice, but thats not what we go to Lenskart for. We go there for quality eye power testing and good specs.Go to the Lenskart near CCD. A new Lenskart store, and a very good optometrist.

They dont know how to treat customer. especially the lady,....when we visited with shop to purchase spects with doctor prescription to find good Frame for myself. Since I didnt satisfied the collection of frames, I was about to came outside of the shop and I heard what the lady said Came for just Time pass (disgusting ..!). Just to time pass, do we need to visit her Lens-kart shop. First learn how to treat customer properly.

Some of the staff are helpful and friendly but quite clueless. After being helped in selecting a frame, I was told that is not in stock. Why waste time when you dont have things in stock? The technician who checked my eyes was quite competent. The lady behind the sales desk was quite rude and yelling at her staff. I walked out of the store only because of her bad behaviour.

The staff is completely reckless, very bad service. They never call you back about your order, complaint nothing. Nobody has a clue whats going on, what the customers problem is. Deeply disappointed with this lenskart store. I will never go back here. The staff doesnt deserve 1 star as well!!

I bought Johan Jacobs on B1G1 offer( eyeglasses + sunglasses) at this store.. after using eyeglasses for about 3days, I was not comfortable with it. I came back to store and got the power changed. Worst Service!I visited the store to try clip-on frames, but there were no stocks on the display rows. So one of the staff asked the other whether the new stocks are arrived. The other staff said that the stocks are arrived but not unpacked yet, just tell the customer that the stocks are not there and will take a week to arrive as Im not in the mood to search for it now!!! They spoke in Kannada assuming that Im not aware of the language. Such cheap behaviour really!To tell this they asked me to wait for 20mins!Im a Gold member, really not feeling to renew it now.

Has only their private label goods , no branded stuff. Therebis too much of difference on what you read and the buy/pay. Take time to understand what u are buying

Good service by the staff. Free eye check up. Offers are mostly biased. Frame varieties needs to be increased compared to other lenskart stores. Overall a nice store.

Unworthy purchase....All the Lenskart product are not quality graded..If u think Lenskart lenses are good then u probably might not have tried other branded lenses in market like CRYZAL..the best quality bluecut lenses have too much glare(Green colour showing poor quality coat)and is not even scratch resistant..and please dont rely on their FREE Eye power check..its totally unprofessional(this store)..and yes they provide u replacement not refund..This is my personal experience..
