SLS Computers did 16 cameras CCTV system installation for our apartment. Decided after getting quotes from 4-5 agencies, as their proposal was competitive.Found them extremely professional, they had to use rope hanging to do external wiring. They were professional in their communication. I had requested a repair-at-home and desktop cabinet cleaning service. They made an appointment and came more or less on time. They brought all relevant equipment, the technician was confident in their handling of the desktop pc, cleaning and assembly. My specific issue was most likely a cable coming loose, that said I was overall happy with their interaction. Will consider them for PC assembly when I build a new desktop pc.

My experience was really bad here. I had to change my laptop hard disk, i order with SLS. Hard disk and CPU fan, technician Abhi replaced. But no proper check was done on the internal bus/cable connections. Audio was not working, i had to visit again due to the loose connection. Then intermittent display issue which was not there before servicing here. For that i called for availability and visited their center, the technician flew away. I had to travel 5kms for 4 times for improper service. I exhausted and later got the loose connection issue fixed in other service center.

Got the details through google search.The service is excellent since the first interaction of getting basic details till last interaction of making payment after CCTV installation for my house.The best part i liked is the genuineness of billing as the quote was a different amount based on tentative measurement but after completion the total amount was reduced based on actual work without asking.

After the installation when I started paying for it, Ramesh, the owner asked me for Rs. 1000 less than the quoted price. When I asked him why he is charging lower, he said that he had bought the cameras in bulk and therefore is passing on the discount to me. Highly recommended.
