We built our PC here last month. (Ryzen 7 5800x with RTX 2060) Purposefully writing this review after a month. It was well built and the components purchased are all good so far. Our only concern is they dont respond properly if we try contacting to know any details regarding any doubts on PC or the purchase. They constantly keep asking the reason for calling after a week of purchase. They have given 5 year warranty for complete unit and still they are hesitating to reply properly.

I went to this place 5 days back to build my PC. This guy charging double for every part when compared to shops beside his shop. Same service, same product. But prices are double. Not cooperative, the shop people think they are Stephen Hawkings, they know everything.

They have a online store. There delivery was fast and safe. Got a high end system assembled with corei5 9600k, Corsair vengeance 16 gigs ram, 512 GB WD SSD, MSI Z390M motherbaord in a Coolermaster case. Added a coolerMaster hyper410 CPU cooler with 450 Watt SMPS. The price was competitive with excellent service and after a month of usage the Desktop is really good with no issues.

Bought parts for a PC couple of weeks back but I have been a very long term customer here. The last purchase from here though was from 2007. When I wanted to build a PC, this was the name that came to mind due to my great experience here from 2005-2007 when I bought a ViewSonic monitor (Shop recommendation that worked for 10 yrs!) and some Pro-audio equipment (M-Audio FastTrack Pro and Rode NT2-A).Bought Ryzen7 3700x (I run several multi-threaded apps of my own for number crunching), Aorus 2060 Super (For CUDA programming), Aorus Master x570 Pro (Mr. Rajendra Golccha made me change my mind from Asus X570-E to Aorus Master and I must say it was a great recommendation). He made me change my mind on the G.Skill TridentZ RGB RAM as well and instead coaxed me to go for a higher speed 3200 MHz Ripjaws non-RGB for similar price. This again was a wise choice, as I have currently turned off all RGB elements in the PC as I find it extremely distracting for my work. The 750W Gold PSU (Silverstone) was a shop recommendation as well. Fully modular PSU definitely helped my build as my case is small (Corsair iCue-220t).Overall all the parts work beautifully together and this PC is a beast for my workflow. The little bit of effort taken to get to the shop and find parking (Owner recommended bhuvaneshwari car park, which is convenient) is completely worth it for the old-fashioned personalized buying experience (rare in this day) - not to mention I saved about 10% overall compared to Amazons prices. He sent a person to get the parts safely to my car in the car park too, so if I am waxing eloquent, its because I had a great experience and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for pro-audio equipment or for building a PC.Mr. Rajendra Golccha - Please keep up the service, pricing and honesty as that is what made me come back to your store after 12 years. I had purchased a LG-27GL850 monitor just yesterday. The employees there said that this was a brand new monitor and they wouldnt accept return once opened, although I went ahead with opening the monitor there itself and checking it.Upon unboxing, we found the screw to fix the stand was not present. Then we had to wait for a few minutes until I got the screw by someone who brought from another monitor piece. This alone was proof enough that the monitor was not a new piece but a used one and they are lying.Then I took the monitor home and checked the Duration used option in the monitor which tells how much hours the monitor was switched on. If it were a new monitor, then this duration would be 0. But, the monitor had 56hrs of usage. This means if used for 5hrs daily on an average it was used for 11 days approximately.What was the initial claim?? Brand newLiars. This store deserved 1 star. I gave it 2 only because the monitor I bought from here was better than the one I refunded on Amazon. But then, that doesnt remove the fact that the products you purchase here are not genuine.Thanks for reading.
