Fake organization, I interviewed for scrum mater position. The interviewer named Akash Manohar dont know a single thing about scrum master he bluntly told me that they dont require scrum master and patheticly laughing stupidly throughout the interview and after all this I got a rejection.

I have gone there for an interview place is awesome for work but though as matter of fact they have ghost HR as they will not consider experience profile also and I sincerely notice that they have rejected 25 candidate in front of me it keeps the moral down for new applicant

All my listings are synced and my phone has been ringing so much more than before I had hired them. I highly recommend Synup. I worked with Nil and he is fantastic!! Its been 3 months since Ive partnered with this company, but till now, Im not able to use it properly because each of its functionalities has numerous bugs. The support team is not giving any deadlines for solving the problems even after repeated follow ups for a month. They are cheating the customers with a lot of false statements at the time of sale which they are not able to deliver in a proper manner.The review campaign emails are going to the spam and all the listings are not API integrated as they promised before sale. The overall service is very poor with almost nothing to monetise on a monthly basis.I am paying them on a monthly basis for a one time value add which is listings because all the other functionalities are completely useless. The support is very very poor too. I would never recommend this product to anyone.

Awesome workplace.. Work environment is casual.. But dont get fooled by tht.. U will see some great minds at work..Who can outsmart you in anyway.. However they wont, cos Ive noticed that they like to keep humble...

My experience with Synup has been very positive. My first contact was Benjamin and then Marcel took over and I have to say that they have come true in every aspect they promise the system will do. Truly surprised at how unbelievably true this company is! They are outstanding in my experience. They went over and above my expectations of service. My data was online in less than 48 hours. Communication has been taken care of in a days time. I have always learned patience is key. This company is respected in my dealings.

Great service! There is some language barrier and a few kinks in the overall system that cost some time, but this is well outweighed by their responsiveness and persistence in solving problems. Prices are quite reasonable considering the easy access to personalized service, which larger companies rarely offer despite charging more.

Shay is my account rep. He is fabulous, both professional and personal.I was nervous about using this type of service and knowing who to trust, but I am so glad I did now. Synup has done everything they said they would and more! I can’t imagine doing all of these technical applications on my own. I don’t have the time nor the knowhow. Marcel has been a great help to me in understanding the whole business listing process! He was extremely informative and patient and in detail explained how all of the functions of the dashboard work. Also, the dashboard is very user friendly! I would suggest anyone looking to add, update or clean up their business listing to use Synup! They are much more reasonable price wise over Yext as well!

Useless tool with fake promises. I started using this tool for the past 3 months. None of the functionalities that the tool is supposed to deliver is working.They claim that the listings are API integrated but seems not because its taking a lot of time to reflect the data and also in a few other directories the data is not reflected at all.Review management email campaigns are landing in spam folders for gmail. From the first month itself my team has pointed out this to the Synup team but till now this issue is not rectified. Thus the review management functionality is totally a failure.Similarly in the analytics dashboard for google my business, you cant see the past 7 days data. The fetching of data from GMB takes with a delay of 7days.When it comes to GMB promotional posts, it takes 24 hours to reflect the post on GMB when you post it Synup tool.Thus the service is a total failure. Never ever go for this kind of fake product.

The level of support I received was incredible! When I was dragging my feet getting my location applied to the service, they contacted me just to find out why. Amith stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to personally help me get set up. Ive heard it said many times to me but I really felt it this time, my success is their success!

Now they sent me a LinkedIn request to my work email since I changed my phone settings so that they can’t call me any more. I will never use your services. Yext is better.

Synup is awesome! So much better than the yext best thing!The website is very easy to navigate, very thing is easy to understand and completely transparent. You get a really detailed overview of all your directory listings and your rankings in local search results (not only Google but also Bing, Yahoo, city search ect.).The best thing about Synup is that you can choose exactly how many/ which directory listings you want to have fixed or added and you are not forced to sign up for a packet and spend hundreds of Dollars at once. So you can tailor the service to your needs at a very reasonable price.You can tell them the email and password they should use to create your listings so you are able to access them anytime. You get a screenshot of every submission they do for you.The costumer service is also great - I got very timely responses to all my questions.

Do not trust this company that is in India ripping people off. There is a reason there isnt much info about them except marketing. They called me 3-4 times a day to be on their directory. As soon as I signed up and they gave the great deal of $200 for the year the phone dropped and I havent heard from them since.Thank God I had the good sense to call my bank and Cancel. They were suppose to have my listings up in 72 hrs and I havent heard from them in 4 days. Im a new biz owner. Dont fall for all their great training on deception.

This service is a lot better than Yext. Ive been using them for local listings for over 3 months now and they are very thorough, detailed and provide higher quality services.Their support is very responsive and was very helpful.

Horrible customer service. I contacted them several times with listings that werent being update. All they do is say they will forward it to customer support. The listing never change. They say it only takes 48-72 hours to process changes but over a month later, the changes still havent occurred. There is no way to cancel the service so I can change to another one that would actually work. This is a complete waste of money. DONT BUY THIS SERVICE!

Horrible. Salesperson insisted I pay then to get the special pricing.He insisted that services wouldnt start until I added my listings as I had some time left to my Yext listings.It took them a week to activate my account, nevertheless they started billing from the day I gave them the credit card despite the sales persons assurances, conversations beforehand and the fact that the account wasnt activated from their endService itself isnt as good as the others but they gave me a better price.Not worth the hassle to save a few cents and they end up ripping you off anyways.

********synup*********SEO guys beware What a RIPOFF you sign up then to get a estimate of what it would cost you have to upgrade for 2.00 + a month after paying 1.50 per listing for repair X 180 listings + they say it will take 30 days or pay extra 20.00 to have it in done in 3 days. you call the support number and no one answers. How ever in the chat they did refund me. What appears cheap becomes very expensive for something you can do in a few hrs yourself.

I subscribed for 5 locations and requested cancellation of subscription before the first month end. I used 3 locations then asked refund for the 2 locations that I didnt used. Their support team and my point of contact when I subscribed are not responding. I am not sure if I can still get my refund but there is a high chance that I will never get it because their communication after sale is very poor.
