Ill share my experience as an Embedded engineer especially in Automotive, its ok to work here not great...learning wise exposures are very less. Decide wisely before going to LGSI.Company has its own canteen but food is not tasty...campus has some more canteens but those are very costly and common to all other companies.

Be aware, that is the only one thing I have to say about this company. It is a shop. Company doesnt care about employees. And people working here for so many years own this company. They are horrible to work with. I worked with a manager who threatened and harassed me. He made sexist comments. HR is always sleeping and of no use, they do counter argument for everything.

Sends job notifications to every possible career platforms asking to attend their walk-in and when candidates turn up for the interview these people dont even intimate whether the drive is on or not and also make all of us wait for hours together. Great work culture and ethics. Appreciated ☺

Nice place to work

Horrible company. I have a PhD in CS and I was offered a research position based on what job description they shared while hiring. They lied to me about JD and changed my role from research position to software maintenance. HR lied to me about benefits and hiring manager about the role. I worked here for a year spent declaring variables. It was a horrible experience, they cheated me. This company has toxic work environment and too much politics from the people who have worked here for long.

This company has horrible work culture. Forced 9 hours in-time, limited leaves and horrible managers. Bad quality of work, you would learn nothing here and would become dumb in 6 months just like managers working here. Notice period is 3 months to trap people. People would lie and do fake promises.

This place is easily locatable.

The lg soft block in the Cessna business park, is a good and easily visible to new visitors. I had been for an interview in alpha building which is a beautiful building with pleasant interior. The staffs at the reception and the gate are all very good and helped us to have a good time.over all a positive experience.

This IT park is great. Ill remember my visit for the longest time.

Ruin my day.. there was interview at 9-10 for java developer.. i went at 8:15, i saw already closed the gate. More than 500 candidate was waiting outside.. and then i came back.. they promised to call back with in a week.. but nathing happed!!

Located in Cessna SEZ, and buildings are managed by Embassy. Good locality. Not sure about the work culture there. But looks like a decent place. With multiple options around for dining.

There shouldnt be any walk-in for fresher and it is waste of time for us, u all r going to interview more than 1000 candidate . actually... U guys suck on it..

Nice place to work but only for testing guys.Office timelines are as they are formant south Asian organizations.They value time spent over productivity. This goes well for testing jobs but for RnD and for those which involve WFH , its not good.HR is engaging and is regular so high.points for that.Facilities and administrative teams are hard to track ironically.The finance team is a pain but usually gets the job done. Too much beaurocracy .

Facilities in LGSI are not good enough. Ive spend 20 months in LGSI, there has always been issues with facilities. like not enough Air Conditioning despite many complaints to the facilities management. There has been times when we had to use table fans. Also washrooms are not properly cleaned. These silly issues are rarely seen in a multinational company.

I work at LG, The place is good but there is problem with finding food aroundFood court is there but with more money less quantity. Outside there are no good restaurants/hotels only currys and andra hotel is there.
