I had a problem with my Dell laptop and was searching for a place to get it looked at on the official Dell website. After looking through various stores, I found this one to have the best reviews and the highest rating. They definitely did not lie.There were a few people inside already getting their devices looked and 4 or so people outside waiting. There were six chairs present outside for the people who were waiting, with each chair being sufficiently spaced with respect to the other. While it took me around 50 minutes or so of waiting till my turn came, I took this to be something positive because of the attention that was being paid to each customer. Depending on the service required, the time required varies.My laptops battery had died and thats what they diagnosed the problem to be. Fifteen minutes later, I had a new battery attached and my laptop working once again. Also, the employee gave me all the relevant information, other options I had to get my battery changed, whether it be from their store or not. I was very satisfied with the service.

Excellent services with great transparency. I had issue with keypad and got fixed within 15 minutes and staff are friendly and highly professional.

𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙧: DONT mistake this as a bad review.My laptop is on warranty and I went months back here to get my faulty usb port fixed and they said it would take 4 days atleast to get it fixed because we have to look at the laptop from inside opened (good, laptop has to be opened from inside in order to get it fixed) . Luckily after close inspection we found everything intact. I had bad experience previously in one of the laptop service centre recently in bangalore and they have been found guilty for their actions and we have taken necessary steps to teach them a lesson. I hope this service centre is true to their work and are prompt in their service. I have seen good reviews here till date. Just remember, You are been watched. ☺

I had performance issue with my laptop and had given it for service. They rectified the issue and guided me very well and I received my laptop within a day after servicing. Now the performance is much better.

Do not go to Techmax Dell Banashankari. They will create 10 more problems while fixing one. I suffered twice at their support center. Wastage of time and money. Will not purchase Dell product as no proper support in Bangalore.

I have given Dell laptop for service they said will check and get back to you with in 3 days . They took almost 14 days just to inform the issue what is happened . finally they said they cant do it . i have given service outside with one of our known person and he saying that one of the part is missed , for reference i have attached image . we trust service center instead of giving outside but these type of peoples are doing very bad service . i suggest please dont go to this place otherwise you have to choose new laptop instead of service.

Should increase the number of staffs

I have inspiron i5 7th gen with 2tb storage with 2gb graphics card within 7 months the laptop was overheating and i have visited this place but they have said that this laptop have metal body. So it is overheating. And they have just run the dell bios to check whether it is heating or not. I said them that, please open the laptop and check why it is happening. Even battery was not performing good. But they have said it is working good. After 2 month my window was crashed and every data was vanished. But they have reinstall it within few days. They after 1 year my hard disk was crashed and then i have revisit there because there was no service center near me. There they have took rupee 12861. In which they have inserted 1tb hdd(seagate) , 250gb ssd(kingstone 12gbps). And charging slot had been replaced. Now it has been 4 days it is working fine without heating. They have explained me clearly and cooperated with me. So, i am giving 3star.

Never go to this service center. Their service is pathetic and poor. They take days together to do simple service and they are totally unresponsive. Most of the times they do not have technicians and they are very rude. I had the worst experience.

Best service centre

No experienced technicians here. They just pretend to be official but they arent.If you dare to get your lappy serviced here, just forget about the genuine spares in it. I just hate this place from my own experience with dell G3 3590 laptop which got motherboard replacement twice, display, wifi card etc. Note: they live in the other world, dont expect any reply from them.

Solved one issue for Rs.900 and created 3 issues which resulted in spending another 6000 and visiting the place 5 times. Not ready to fix the issue free, even though they knew it had happened due something they did wrong.

Very good service from courteous staff. Understanding of the technical issues is sound and cost of repair is highly reasonable. Highly recommend for any laptop repairs. Recently, I had got my laptop hinges fixed, and cleaned the inside, which was creating lot of heating issues. Always my laptop fan used to run at high speeds and were noisy. Thought it was due to Ubuntu OS, but actually it was accumulated dust and thermal interface material issues at the processor. After their general service, the laptop is running very smooth without any noise. The hinges too were fixed well. I will update the same after few months of usage.

Today I called and spoke about a out of warranty RAM upgrade the speaker yes RAM available will take 20 minutes reached the reception /front desk he was busy doing something did not bother to ask why you have come or what is issue. Started selling addln warranty and when I asked about RAM upgrade claims no stock. Then whats the point of calling and checking, very bad experience Dell seriously take care of your customers, lets us customers not been taken for a ride. Also when I called they didnt greet nor closed call just hung up.

Techmax Solutions is Dell Authorised Service Centre and provide all kind of services to laptops and desktops. I had been there for an issue of Windows 8.1 Product Key and on spot they have rectified the Product Key issue without charging service charges. Service Centre was under renovation and I have visited after the visting hours and service centre in charge only handled the issue with friendly. Nice job..

Very good Dell Service center. Mr.Shankar Speaks with good sound knowledge about the product. Technicians are good but handling of the products needs to be improved. Better to contact Shankar than useless Dell Support.

It is one of the best place I have found for laptop services. The staff is very polite and techincal expert. They suggest best for your technical problem.

You dont want to go here for repairs. The staff is unskilled and the manager is extremely condescending.It would be better to dump your laptop than to come to this place for repairs. I have had my laptop repaired multiple times and it has developed new problems with every service.The staff(manager) could not care less for your laptop, hell tell you instead to adjust with what you have. The technicians suggested hacks that have proven counter productive and have messed up my hard drive.Take my word on it dont go here.

I have repaired my hp laptop in Techmax its very reasonable... HP authorized service center quoted as 12k for board replacement but in Techmax Solutions without replacing motherboard same my original mother board they have rectifed

I have given my Dell laptop for repair(issue:laptop not starting ) here and internally these guys send laptop for repair to their head office, which is present in banshankari(head-Office). here is my weekly experienced while dealing with these guysWeek1: no call from those guys about what happened to my laptop, so i called them asking about the update they told, they will talk to their head office and tell me.Week2: someone from banshankari office called me and told they need to replace some IC on motherboard after inspection, and i asked them is there any other problem exist with my laptop apart from IC replacement? ,they told everything else is ok ,and the price for repair is around 3500rs/-,so i told them to go ahead and repair it.Week3:i again called them about the laptop update, they told they will check and let me know.finally they called me and told, sir laptop motherboard short-circuited ,you need to replace the motherboard, so i cross-questioned them about the same problem like: last week you told only IC needs to be replaced but how motherboard gone faulty ,they replied , no sir motherboard is not working, we cant do anything you come and collect your laptop.week4:i went to collect the laptop in faulty condition, all part were ok except plastic part below screen-display was broken ,i could not observe that while collecting the laptop , because i was concentrating more on internal parts like RAM and HardDisk.So bottom line is that ,these guys are very unprofessional, their engineers does not know what they are doing,So i suggest everyone not to pick this service center otherwise you guys will also loose your laptop, only option left for me now is to do data recovery from hardisk. so please dont put yourself in same condition which i have gone through.

This service center does not deserve to be open, it should be closed immediately. I have paid a visit 6 times, and my laptop is in even worse condition. Techmax, more like hatemin. Please, close the center and open a junkyard in its place. For all the destroyed laptops.
