The way I was treated was bad ... the person as no interest to work I think so he is treating the customers bad .... everything is gud but bad attitude ... so customers who have no patience pls dont go they will make u get anger and make u to walk out of store..... according to the pricing its gud very best price.... but customers satisfaction is zero.... I was treated very bad .

Had very bad experience lately. Had given one of my friends 8 year old laptop for repair. They had charged me 9k for battery replacement, Ram upgrade, new keyboard. Then i took the laptop after a week, the problem i had before giving laptop was heating issue, after replacing the parts still the laptop had same heating issue. Due to the heating issue which was caused because of dust accumulation, the guy in multiple never bothered to clean.After 15 days the laptop screen went off and heating issue was not sorted. Again i gave the laptop for repair,& after 5 days he told me motherboard got burnt , he couldnt do anything about it.Then i decided to buy a new laptop, and one of my friends relative was doing same business from past 15 years. He told me that multiple cheated me big time. When i gave second time for repair they had replaced the new battery and installed some other old battery. Never bothered to clean the laptop at all. Inserted duplicate Ram.Thank you Multiple for charging 9k from me for nothing.NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!I bought a new laptop and sold the old one for 4k.What a waste of 9000 Rs.!

This is definitely not a place for high end products. Mine is not even working now.

The give old laptops and charge more than real. Laptops dont even work properly.

Decent place to shop for computer parts and accessories. Price wise you wouldnt have much of a saving but the prices dont vary much compared to prices in online portals. Do not go by the reasoning they provide you for the prices. Do your research and then visit. Lot of time they might not have components in stock and it takes an hour or two to fetch it from wherever they fetch it from. Overall decent pricing and experience. Best for people in and around Koramangala who do not have time to plan a vacation to go to S.P. road to purchase computer components.

The reason for 1 star is the huge cost difference when i enquired about the microsoft surface pro 5 charger the cost which they told was 8000 +GST after the cashier having discussion in a mobile with other person in phone and when i asked guy at cashier table he told he cant reduce further...My god even if i order microsoft charger from US with import charges and taxes it cost 7600 only.. Not only surface pro charger when i got my Sony 16GB pendrive from this shop for first time too it was more costiler than Croma..I realised this when i brought the same pendrive in Croma.. Atlast i got my surface pro 5 charger for just 5350 only..Thank god i saved literally 3000+ rupees..And my surface charger is working smoothly for 1+ years as of now... people who want to buy branded items particularly laptops worth more than 1 lakh like apple, surface,hp spectra... Please never even approach this shop..Better go to Croma or reliance digital which is nearby a km... Particularly this shop is not recommended for architets, designers, 3d digital model makers, game designers...cause they dont have variety of these laptops which suit for their need..I hope so i have explained why i gave 1 star to the Store..And please dont ask for another reply.. Because we people have other works to do..And we just dont rate with one star for fun..The more you do good service with transparency the more you get stars.. Thankyou

Great service. Got a cheaper price than amazon.in on corsair 650 watt PSU. They did not have the stock but they said they will deliver it to my place. The payment was flexible. I paid half in card and half in cash.

I have been a customer over here for around 10 years now. Never been disappointed by there services and the product range. Even if they dont have the things you want, they can arrange it as soon as possible. The only thing is that this shop is located as underground shop so the visibility and noticeability is poor unless you are a pedestrian.

I have ordered through them from Delhi and they have instantly provided support. Customer experience is delightful!! Keep it up.

DANGER! Dont bring any genuine high end laptop worth ₹75,000+ here, they might rip you off. I had brought my MSI GT72 6QD laptop here for some display issues but, these people could not find the issue and just attached another laptop screen and casually showed that my display screen was damaged and wanted to sell me some other general laptop screen.
