What I felt experience with this store was excellent, the person on stand was very polite and they fixed my iPhone XR without any hesitation. I was worried about my phone but person said, this device does not have any issue only we need to clean dust and they did it very professionally. Please visit if you have any issue with your apple devices and you are near by this location.

Dont go this place if your device not in warranty..They wont test or diagnosis just they take money and say need to replace whole unit....its one of fraud service center...I want to give -ve rating here by default 1 star 🌟 there so cant change ratings.I have given device for diagnosis and service they charged Rs 1400 and they saying need to replace with whole unit. I am asking what is the issue what components have issue not sharing details.This is one of fraud service center dont go there if normal issue then they fix. Complex issue they wont fix simply they say need to replace whole unit with more or less Rs.39000.Better stop buying Apple device. No proper support from there service centers.Apple brand device life only 1 year not more than that .Outside services is far better then I care. Even I care technician not have much knowledge.

Professional and courteous staff. I went there to get an issue with my MacBook Pro rectified... truth be told, I was nervous about being slapped with a huge bill. Id tried all the suggestions on the Apple users forums as well as the Support site to no avail. However, the engineer (Pavan) fixed the issue in less than half an hour and was very helpful. Even better, the service cost totalled just Rs. 600/- Phew!Thank you, Team Apple.

They are just there to make money not giving solution. In my case, without mentioning the cause of damage, just entered their own and current condition of the product. I went there for diagnosis as per Apple Support suggestion, but I got response with payment link. I did not go for repair service then how come they send payment mail. Stupid and will not recommend at all. Not professional at all and worst service from Apple authorized service center. NO...NEVER...HELL OF SERVICE

The Apple care centre is really supportive and excellent. I got my Macbook Pro fixed without any hassles. Delivery time can be improved, but nevertheless I was kept very well informed throughout the process.

Its not organized, only if ur existing customers who frequently visit service center you will know what needs to be done.If incase your someone new, even if u keep waiting for them to attend you they dont even ask what help u wanted. After waiting for 15 to 20 min, I lost my paitence I went ahead and informed my issue. The answer from the representative he informed me to create a ticket for attending me by scanning the QR code.If this information was provided before, I would have ended up saving my 20 min of time.

Worst service centre, they don’t even care of your products so they handle them at its worst .. they don’t check the issues properly but simply update like device is working fine and they made to visit the centre 3 times for the same problem. And my device was just 1day old Which were in pristine condition without any scratches but when they return it was at it worst condition by deep scratches which made my device look very ugly

Utterly disappointed with the experience from a place that represents one of the foremost companies in the world. The two people managing the service desk are not only rude but repellent.The fundamental aspect of a product owner visiting service desk is that they are facing a grievance. Add standoff-ish service executive to the mix and you have the perfect recipe to make the experience go from bad to worse.Went in for battery replacement of iPhone after being instructed by apple care and getting an appointment here. After mentioning the same, the first words uttered by the executive is we dont do battery fixes here. Take it elsewhere. On reiterating we were sent here, they looked at battery diagnostic and said it doesnt say service required so we wont change the battery. After this point the executive instead of checking the logs of our discussion with apple care or understanding where we are coming from, started being rude. Instead of causing a scene we just asked for another service center info and walked out.

Please buy applecare for your apple products.Fine place. Call before going there for appointment regarding repair.

Wish I could give negative stars!!! Horrible customer service in simple words.Went here for sound and haptics issue.First they told they will get loaner phone if the issue is replicatedWent next day with exact issue and showed them the issueThey told store is closing and it would take 2 hours to run diagnostics and can provide loaner phone only tomorrow(max it will take 10min to collect the phone is what they said).So left the phone there assuming need to manage just few hours without phoneWent next day around 11 and they told it might take another 10 min, so waited and went after 20min, and then they say this we cannot provide loaner phone as it is only service centerI am done , we took the phone and came back as we had no faith that they were capable to fix the phone or screw the current functionality if things go south.People inside the store were almost unable to speak or open their mouth even to give default information or even to attend the customer. They were barely answering yes/no for our queries.

Terrible service. Their analysis for a device not working is too poor.They do charge a lot for service and all they do is reinstall an OS rather than checking the actual issue. If you go back and say the issue persists, instead of doing an actual check to find what is wrong, they would suggest replacing components for a very high price rather than finding what is actually wrong.Not recommending to visit this place ever.

They do quite a thorough job when it comes to servicing a product. Dont leave out details and have most answers to questions that customers ask. Honestly happy with the service I recieved there

Replaced my iPhone SE BATTERY IN JUST 1:30 hours

I went to this service center on 7th October with a broken iPhone. A lady over there just seeing the device she told its in unrepairable condition, then I shown her the device and said there is a life in it as it is still on where we can see some icons on the screen. She didnt even listen to me what Im saying. She stick to her words no we dont repair the device and she even explained even if there is a small dent we dont do a service.When I went to local repair shop, they told its repairable, even though I didnt repair I took an estimated cost to bring the device back to fully working condition. Later I got a doubt in my mind that, what is the purpose of an authorised service center ? Will they repair only brand new device? Pathetic customer response team.

12th September 2020, I have visited this place there was a girl in customer care support, just to clean my iPhone she charged me money but problem didn’t rectify.She was so rude, unpleasant and unprofessional, I have paid money but she was not willing to listen anything and she was angry.If these people don’t want to listen feedback then why the hell they work in customer support?Apple firstly super expensive now with these kind of customer care executive made super RUDE!Worst experience ever & stop cheating icare.Change your name from icare to Icheat and Irude.

Pathetic service.I needed to replace my macbooks battery as it is over 7 years old and doesnt hold its charge very well. I emailed them multiple times enquiring about timelines and a cost for the service (incl. battery) and their response was simply stating, visit the store.Despite there being a raging pandemic, all they could do was share a robotic response.Update: Emailed Mr. Praveen as commented by iCare about 4 days ago on 15th Oct 2020). Today is the 20th and Im yet to hear back. Never experienced service this poor in quite a while.

Before they even know whats the issue with my macbook they talk about payment. I was there about 30 mins and by then I got to see 3 to 4 customers almost fighting with the service guy about the services done or issues still persist with their product. I just came out thinking never to go back again. They have to train their service guys how to treat their cutomers, Apple is costly but with that we expect great service which is totally lacking here.

Absolutely Pathetic Service, unfortunately there is no option to give zeros stars or better yet a negative rating. Ten days after I made the payment to replace the battery, the component was not even ordered from the supplier. The promised period for delivery was 2-3 working days after payment. I have been in touch with customer service over the last one week and they have given me 4 different updates on the same day.I dont know if it is incompetence or lack of interest in customer service. Steve Jobs is definitely rolling over in his grave. Never will I buy an apple product nor will I recommend anyone else to purchase it. When I was connected to the service team, the person says come here my name is Megha lets talk. I suppose expecting any sort of professionalism is out of the picture. Extremely disappointed!

Please never never use them for servicing your phone - they will make you lose your sanity as you chase them from pillar to post for updates.Go to PlanetCare in Indiranagar or other Apple Authorized Service Providers for responsible support.These people have taken 13 days for a phone screen replacement. First, they said they dont have some airway bill and dont know where the device is.I have called 20+ times over 13 days over their support line. After waiting 11 days, they sent me a loaner device. And when I called today, the service rep tells me itll take another 3-4 days to fix it.Ive lost all hope. If I dont get it back soon, I may have to end up filing a police report, buying a new phone, and applying for a new SIM. Such a waste of time.

****cheats customers with double the market prices for REPAIR / SERVICE *****I came here for Iphone 5S battery replacement. They are charging 110% more on the mrp of the battery. To my shock each service center can decide the spares parts cost. When I have escalated this was told by apple customer care. But this service center is worst of all the others as they are charging unethically. Here the iphone 5s battery is Rs.7850/- where as in other apple authorized service centers same battery price is Rs.4750/-I am leaving to your conscience whether to get cheated here or not.Edit1: Though I have not availed any service as their price is higher and asked for refund of paid amount, they have given partial amount as refund. First you said the price is Rs.4600/- and then increased the price to Rs.7850/- on next day. So I have asked the refund, and you did partial. Is this not cheating??? Check the attached receipts and show me the break up details.Edit2: When I have asked for refund of the money I paid, as the battery price is increased by them, I have been received Rs. 600 less and said they are diagnosis charges. Even a school kid can tell if a battery is draining soon. But I directly came here for battery replacement and did not asked for any diagnosis. It is like whether our problem is solved or not you will just ROB money as we came to your service center.

My iphone x camera clearity is less and face id is not working and only 20 days are remaining for expire my warranty period..and i was visted for repair and ,within 8 days they replace whole unit under warrenty to address the issue, thank you very much i care (apple) I am very very happy .service and staff also very helpful. 😍😊

Callous attitude towards my specific phone problem. I took my 7 plus to the service centre as it drained out, stopped charging and wouldnt power on. The lady at the counter checked and took it in for testing mentioning that it could be a hardware issue. I waited at the store checking our various models of phones and iPads for more than half hour. They didnt bother to call me back.After I went back to remind, the lady admitted that she completely forgot about my phone, went in to check and brought my phone back stating it is dead due to a hardware issue - didnt care to explain what it was and that it would take about 30-40,000 to set right.She said that I cant even recycle because it doesnt even power on. What a waste I thought. I left the store with a heavy heart and took it to the nearest ifixit store near home. The service person plugged in his cable and viola! - it started charging again. The phone is now working perfectly fine. Can an applecare outlet be so careless in attending to such issues? Would never recommend this service space to anyone.

Im happy I did, was impressed with the service, received almost daily status updates by mail and got my Mac delivered in great condition 3 days before estimated delivery date. So good job!!
