A very good company to start your career. BFS and Insurance domain projects are always on demand. If you are one of the lucky few who get an opportunity to work in these two domains, then your career will go to great heights. Another plus point about these two domains is that the people working in these projects are very friendly and helpful. The best thing about this company is that the training they provide is top notch. Training facilities of TCS are called as ILP i.e., Initial Learning Program. These ILPs are present all over the country and people from around the world come to these facilities to get trained in their respective technology.

Please dont join the company. They are suffering from 100 yrs old legacy of tata culture. Too much of politics, ... beyond imagination, ... caste, regional ... All combinations are there. Top management is too much orthodox and dont accept any change.The funniest of all is, TCS may reduce your joining salary, and for that they will fabricate different logic. I remeber, once a HR manager name Ramya told me TCS salary is like weather forecast.Everybody is liar in this organization, be it HR head or ordinary RMG.

I currently work here. Aviva Insurance is the only project here. Canteen is average and the sports room has two TT tables and two carrom boards. The gym is quite small and not a good place to workout but you can do cardio.

Amazing company, offers endless benefits to its employees, I am one so, Im pretty happy here.

A small TCS Building.. there is a small well maintained garden as well.. One Negative is that there is no cover/Shade for Bike Parking...

An old but well maintained building with a gorgeous roof top canteen ideally suited for the Bangalore weather.

Good work environment, but cannot expect good hike.

No proper arrangements for interview.simply wasted 3 hrs mine .dont go for any drive kind interview here.
