I would rate 0. They just take documents and login for their count purpose. They ask cheque without any confirmation. They are a complete fraud. They promise without verifying completely. And then keep on delaying things.

From 2 months, your executive (she knows-name to be revealed on call not publicly) collects my documents and gives to several banks before checking properly and then responds that Covid policy change, credit manager on leave, no eligibility, on hold or rejected. Several times I told her first check with managers on my case and then collect documents. Not to waste my time unnecessarily! She does this every single time! Waste of money, misuse of confidential information, false assurance, no-response! When I told her not to apply, she yelled at me and spoke so unprofessionally! I dont need to hear nonsense from such staff who dont know how to behave with customers! Customers are no beggars! I will report such behaviour to the concerned regulatory authority and how customers are treated during Covid!

I am a sufferer from Fin-buddha. They offer you a worst service!.Every time executives change, you have to start a fresh story(I think its their tactic). Highly egoistic and irritating front end and field team. Same with their Head, he is also a useless.I got my loan through them, now I have to chase them for cheque collection and drop. At the time of sanctioning, they promised cheque collection and drop is their service, now their head writes to me its not the company responsibility to collect and drop cheque. These are all coming after they got commission from bank.I suggest to avoid this agency if you want a peaceful life.Go directly through bank they will give better service.

I clicked on the link and provided the required details. I was not sure whether I will get approved for it or not. But, I was extremely happy to saw the approval msg on my phn. Executives called me asked for the confirmation. and I am so happy that my loan was approved with then in just a few hours.

Highly unprofessional and meager service. I have applied for a personal loan in the month of December, and I have not heard any response from the team. Their website is not good as well, if any of you try updating details, you can clearly observe other windows come over and it is difficult for you to complete the process. Thankfully once a person answered my phone call and asked for loan ID(which you cannot get if verified on the website after completion) and said will get back to me as i have not had it handy on that day. Since then, it has been more than 2 months no one answered my phone call and also there is absolutely NO response on the emails that I have sent. I would not even prefer to rate that 1star that had to choose unfortunately.

Worst service ever.... Never apply for loan through Finance Budha... They will miss sell you the product and while applying for loan they wantedly mentioned wrong contact details on form so all the communication and loan documents will go to them first... I have received my DD after 15 days for balance transfer of 1050000/- and I could not close it because in first week my emi will hit and 4th Saturday banks are closed and then ended up paying EMI for both the bank and my money is stuck... I have not received my loan welcome kit yet because they purposely mentioned my email id wrong on loan application.... and also they have mentioned their address on loan application so second time when I requested for DD with ICICI again it went to their address... and loan tenure I took for 48 months but they mentioned 72 months on form and so on an on.... cant explain the mistakes enough... As well dont know why ACH mandate they have submitted for highly extra amount which i dont like to mention here...Then I have to cancel the ACH mandate at HDFC and then again go to ICICI and submit request for new DD and new ACH Mandate.... All waste of time.... many problems with then cant explain enough better to avoid them....
