My interview experience with HR Vidya gowda of ACL digital Company Bangalore.She will call us and schedule the first round of interview once its cleared she will give all the assurance that u have cleared the interview, we are going to send the offer letter as soon as possible but waited for two months, then she will not respond to our call. After two month if we call back she will disconnect the call so pls be aware of her. Dont waste ur time.

Hi, I am sharing my personal experience with this company. Have attended interview 40 days ago. They said the result was positive and cleared the interview. They asked to submit documents. Submitted them as required, after that they said it will take 2 weeks to get approval to release offer. Waited. Again they said there is some internal problem should wait some more days. By waiting for this offer left another 2 offers which I got as the project with this company was good. Now the final output from company is you can accept new offers if you got. It is completely waste of time attending interview here. Guys think before proceeding with this company.

My self Nadeem, I would say alten has very good clients as I was deployed to one of it... Very supportive team as a hole ie HR.. My manager haneef was very supportive mentor thorough out the working period. Interview process and reliving process both were very smooth. They provide attractive salary then the market.

Dont attend the interview, they will waste your time.I had cleared Tescos client round in Tesco office sent by Alten calsoft labs recruiter Amrutha and Haneef and during interview they were agreed(both Tesco & Alten) to wait one month notice period but after clearing the interview they wanted to join immediately and hence didnt release offer letter.How ridiculous it is.. They dont behave as professional and wont pick your call and dont bother to reply over email as well after multiple follow up.

Worst. Hr will schedule telephonic interview for some time, and wont get call that fixed time, get call other time, after that she will call and scold candidates... better to avoid such companies since before interview also such repose !!! after joining may be hell !!

Good company.

Very bad experience. Poor Management and no coordination at all. They had shortlisted my profile and scheduled interview with their client IMS Health recently. Before and on the day of interview, they called me so many times to make sure I reach the venue on time. I spent my entire day attending all the interview rounds and I was selected. After that, HR discussion also happened and also asked me what all questions I was asked. They said they will revert max in 2 days. Now its 3 weeks+, I have not got further update from them re. offer letter. It seems that I have wasted my 2 days as well as cab money by going for the interview with the company that has such a poor management.

Worst company, simply they call for interview, I went 4 times in 2 weeks for interview, after completing 3 rounds they told me that will send u mail that wt documents u need to send I said ok I will send , but next day I call n ask I didnt got mail so wt documents need to send, they told that u need to attend one more round of interview that is director round, I told ok I will come when I need to come, they told next week, I went for interview next week they told today director is in leave come tomorrow, again I went next day they told me to come at 11 I went for the time but they took interview at 2 that too my interview not took by director some employee took my interview n he said will get back to u, till now no response from the company, they just act like they will select everyone they will just timepass

Went for an interview, good area as on 7th floor of tower D. Only allowed by lifts. I dont know about parking area. For interview electronic gadgets not allowed.

Worst CTC split up. No job guarantee. HRs and even security guy behaves like big land lord.

The Reception area

The surrounding of the premises are calm. Bit far from the city.

First I got call from MR.Rishi from vega intellisoft. Later from a hr from calsoft. Inspite of confirming about the skills they are looking for. They invited me to the venue. This Rishi calls as early as 8 am in the morning to make sure you reach the venue at time. I reached the venue and sat idle for 3 to 4 hours. They pretend to take interview and ask about the skill which you are not expert in. Reject and send home. Guys at Calsoft and MR Rishi from intellisoft. We have better works to do than wasting our time, money and energy on such useless interview processes.

Worst company i ever seen in my life. The interview process took 3 weeks with 4 technical discussions. sometimes they tell you are selected and sometimes they tell not selected and they were postponing everything. we have to beg to them to get the interview feedback. finally i have faced very very worst experience in my career with this company.I suggest dont go to this company its my humble request.

It is very bad and risky company. Do not trust any one from HR to Directors are great lier.

Have been working here as an intern for over 2 months now. Ive had a great experience working with the marketing team, the atmosphere is pleasant to work, no stress what so ever.
