I bought this laptop from there store they told it has 1 year warranty and it was not working after 2weeks I asked them for replacement and they told go ask in showroom customer service is worst pls dont fall for their scam and more over inserted used SSD 😭They asked me to give good reviews and they scammed me like this .The online price maybe little bit higher plz go for that in this store they offer you discount price and give you some fake product or first copyThis is my advice and especially dont buy graphic card here

Hey everyone, I wanted to build Full PC from last 1 week and researched in so many online stores but every day prices were getting high. So decided to check offline store.. after so much research found top two stores in SP road 1) Ankit Computers & 2) Super computer. After that I looked for reviews and online presence and I found there were so many customers 5 star reviews so choose to go with Super Computers.. after I visited the shop the customer service was amazing they take detailed information of what type of PC we want to build. And thing that I love about there shop is they build PC in front of us and all the parts were brand new.

Actually when I had to build my gaming PC, I checked out many shops in SP Road & I wasnt satisfied in terms of their pricing & the main thing is customer friendliness. When I came here, I met the owner & he was very friendly from the very beginning. I didnt have 100% knowledge about gaming setups & he had the patience to explain & helped me to build my PC. Ive visited this shop around 4 times. Another thing which I noticed is, this owner doesnt try to make you to spend more like other shop keepers. Infact he was very direct to tell if the components were really necessary to be installed & he wont force you to overspend. Overall, Im very satisfied with this shop.

Their mode of business is very simple to understand, they make you fall for their tactics. Only really smart guys who have done their home work will even realize what really happened.1. Quote lower than market, invite customer to shop promising free pc build is no time. Make the customer get a feel that this shop is the best deal in entire country.2. During initial round of discussion, suggest them some options and make them go beyond their actual budget. Promise a free Hard disk or some useless freebie. Write down a price higher than market price on paper and then convince the customer that they will get a bulk discount at the end and these prices do not matter. Finally slash a 2-3K discount post all the write up. Push the parts immediately for a build and make the customer feel like deal is flexible and shop treats them well.3. After 2-3 hrs of wait time, get the PC built and send it down in a rush. Make the customer feel the pressure and ask them to pay immediately and leave. If the customer asks for bill or tries to negotiate they can see the owner yelling at all employees around. After a few minutes of drama, pressure customer will make the payment and barely get a min to take a look at the bill. Customer focus will now be on the shop boys carrying the PC out. Only when customer reaches home they will see the differences in bill and sometimes even items not purchased/ or promised free will be added in the bill. To summarise, they only sell for market rates and only play tricks to make the customer dance to their tunes. If you can, just get the parts and make a clear bill and leave the shop immediate after the purchase. If you try building here they take that to their advantage as you have no option to break out of the deal then.EDIT : No one needs anything for free. Stick to your promise, be transparent with billing. Dont play tricks on customers with numbers, billing. For people who negotiate or buy with them take a copy of their quotation in hand before you go for build.

In brief, Mr.Kishans Super Computers is a great place to get an assembled PC.I recently got a pretty high end PC assembled here. I had already planned out the parts the build would include and then contacted them over whatsapp. The prices were perfectly reasonable and I was happy about the fact that Mr.Kishan stuck to the price.Even though a few parts werent available when we got there, Mr.Kishan managed to get the parts pretty quick. The PC assembly was done in one afternoon.The PC is assembled 2 floors above. It is quite compact and on that particular day, many PCs were being assembled at once, but the assemblers are good and know what theyre doing.Overall, a great place to get an assembled PC. Hopefully, the customer service if required, would be just as good in the future

Its great place to get fooled by First Copy Products.. The image that you see is a Lenovo Battery which I purchased on 27 FEB 2021 .When asked with them, if they had Original , they offered me this below product promising its 100% Original.After purchasing I was a little sceptical, about the product packaging, later checking with the customer care, who mentioned the production for that model was stopped long back. I took this product to Lenovos showroom, for which they confirmed its a Duplicate Product sold by Super Computers & Laptops..Advise to Customers : All I want you to beware of this shop & have BEST PRACTICE of checking with few shop around before you buying any products. Dont fall for the reviews, reviews arent hard to create. They often request the customers to write good reviews, thats why you see the highest reviews for this shop. Not sure how customers provide good reviews within a day of purchase.Advise to Super Computers & Laptops : Next time make sure you pay a little attention to the Lenovo logo. The e in the Lenovo has a little different font.. Dont take customers for granted.

I always prefer to buy on this place, due its pricing and service towards customers, they help you find the best build according to your budget and recommend the correct product for future proof. the only drawback is that some items may not be available at the moment, so you have to contact them prior sometime so they can arrange it for you,And you have to wait a lot for the pc build/assemble as there are a lot of customers in the line, but in the end it will be worth.

Have purchased several components from super computers right from smallest accesories like case fans/controllers to ram, cabinet,motherboard and processor. I bought a pc for music production, editing and mixing and mastering. The pc I ordered wasnt a gaming pc, and this shop is for gaming computers but nonetheless the computer was great. It has a 16gb ram, Intel core i5 . I got a combo wireless mouse and keyboard, ups and a webcam. I am happy with everything except the webcam. They have a great home delivery service.

Simple and short from long 2013 customer. Kishan ll help you out only if you assemble whole pc not single part. So if you are buying single product avoid this place. As long genuine customer its better to buy online(Newegg. MD) they are more reasonable price. I feel their products are not genuine no more. Kinda refurbished. Initially Mr. Kishan was promising to give the best price. Suggested right gaming gears. Offered a free 1 TB HDD. When the time for billing came I was like new customer to him. Please dont be fooled by this store. Their website prices and in store prices are ridiculously different. I had enquired about RTX 3080 which was listed at 1,32,000 on their website and when I had contacted them the price quoted to me was 1,89,000. Just be careful if you decide to purchase something from their website, I was told it was under development, but they allow you buy and pay online. Highly inflated prices.

I wanted a pc build during lockdown and asked if I could visit. It took them 3-4 days to respond in whatsapp and when they did they said there store was closed. I understand that since lockdown was going on. They said home delivery was available but when I said it would be okay and texted them details they didnt bother to see it and didnt reply. I understand that people have different experiences. But in my case the service was horrible and I have since gone for a laptop. I suggest scl to work on their customer service and replies. I felt ingored and didnt feel like they actually wanted me to buy anything from their store.and I called and he talked very hastily and told me to send in whatsapp. I sent and he didnt rrply. Originally I asked what was the best pc build I could get for 65k and didnt get response. And then I gave him specs and asked price and didnt get response. when I called him later he hung up, I dont know any business who hangs up on their customers but they certainly did. Best place ever for buying pc parts. Bought my parts from here. Went on 14th November and bought all the parts I needed for my build. (corsair vengeance pro rgb ram 3600mhz 16gb, 1300w 80+ platinum psu, Ryzen 9 5900x, Gigabyte vision 3080, B550 - F rog Strix motherboard, adata Xpg ssd, 360mm aio water cooler. They had a lot of products in stock, including Ryzen 5000 series cpus and Nvidia 3080 series rtx gpus. Staff was also very friendly and prices were lower than those online. I have been a Loyal customer to supercomputers since a very long time ,I got PC build for myself and suggest one of cousin and a closest friend who got it from the same place in the span of 2-3 years.For both these purchase i never got a discount nor was satisfied the fullest but i always felt i would have had a better experience if i choosed other shop who would atleast give me a discount on continuous purchase and treated me well and above all whatever issue we faced post purchase all they hadd to say was Im a Buyer and reseller i cant do anything ( all PC build were hight-end costing between 1L -2 L)until recently Feb 23/2021 one of my dearest friend wanted to get a PC build we went back to Supercomputers and made a quotation for the budget and it was upto 1.2L we fell short of some amount i.e, 2.5K and they didnt want to make a sale after all the business theyve got from me .But eventually we figured out a way to pay and got the Dream PC build (we have the full time laps of the entire build)* must read if you are purchasing from here *within a 2 week of purchase the Graphic Card (nvidia 2060 super) stopped working and we tried to get in touch with them regarding the issueinitailly someone answered and adrressed the issue( not disclosing any names)( all this happend during the lockdown we couldnt blame them but this is not how someone needs to treated afterall theyre liable to answer)later1.None of our calls were answer2. Messages were read and was never replied ( on IG and Wapp)3.We called from different number (they used to answer) and fake a cough say i have covid dont call me 4. later same day we got in touch with them on call just cause we lied we wanted to purcahse something immediatly the same person who said he had covid called and spoke to usthen we came to an agreement that after lockdown the issue will be sorted nothing happen but the lockedown was just beign extended(meanwhile we got intouch with Galax and were in talk with them they said to provied a sale number will be availabe with the seller )finally this what They had to tellfirstly they said Freakin give me the name and number and call recording of the person from galax i will talk to him like he was threatningthen this is what he answered usI dont care , i dont want to talk to you ,i will not give you the replacement go and ask the original make of the graphic card do whatever you want or wait till ( some random dates ) that is when we will be open if u want wait or forget itMy advise to people ho purchase from here* Be carefull and watch your PC being build as most of the products they show and use in the build re different they just swap it with different one (personal experience ) icaught them red handed and the worker apologised* make sure you check the seal of components and* check the whole market if need dont fall into their loop of Good reviews most of them are fakeThey never care of customer value or moral ethic they just want to make a sale .very saddened and disappointed after being a loyal customer for all these years the this is the way i get treated

He was of constant help throughout and suggested me suitable replacements for the unavailable products in the same price range. Their Hardware team is quite proficient and carry out 7-8 builds per day with ease. Overall I was very satisfied with the build in the budget I wanted. I was planning to build own PC for Architectural visualization and I decided to do with super computers& laptops because we have customized a PC before 4 years for our office and till now its working perfectly. I got to know about this shop because of Instagram. They have almost 7000+ followers and the people turning up on the shop after seeing their posts and the reviews. No shop can get a 4.9 stars over 1000+ reviews . They have lot of facilities like delivery. Their communication is good. Their team is also good . They try their best to provide you your type of pc.

I build my pc from this shop. I had finalized the configuration and brand by myself, after doing a lot of research. Accordingly, I went to this place after reading reviews from other customers. I was never disappointed. The items were in sealed boxes and genuine. Price was quite competitive. Behaviour was very courteous and I received genuine bill with GST details. The computer is running since my purchase in the month of February till now without any issues. Overall I recommend this shop to all others.The only thing that I want the customers to know before visiting the shop is that they charge 2% on credit card payment. So, if you are building a high end PC, which was the case for me as well, then the cost will be over one lakh, so 2% of that will be a handsome amount. I didnt realise this and was also not communicated while providing quotation over WhatsApp or while confirming on availability of all the items over telephone. So, I had to struggle to complete payment, which I made through UPI payment but then got stuck as the daily transfer limit is only upto one lakh and then had to pay the rest amount by cash and the residual amount was indeed accepted without additional charge via credit card. So, please make necessary arrangements to make payment by cash or account transfer.

Best gaming pc with good quality of products

SP Road is a computer hub of Bangalore, its very easy to get overwhelmed when you see so many shops right beside each other. Im a gamer and PC enthusiast, so SP Road feels 2nd home to me. Ive reached out to several shops, but the one that is always my go-to is Super Computers. Why is that? 100% genuine products at best prices, burden less delivery and one of the best support staff you can find there. People claim other shops have lower prices but in my personal experience, mostly they sell repackage/refurbish/RMAd products. So beware, there only handful of shops that sell 100% genuine products and Supercomputer is one of the best store out there! Happy PC building :)

If there was option for 0 star I would have given 0 , worst service wasted around 10-15k buying here , who doesnt even less 100 rs , all they want is money and reviews, they can send new products directly to home even in lockdown but doesnt respond for old costumers , really cheap way to take care of costumers

And i am Giving this review only after visiting more than once.I went to buy a gaming Pc with my fiancé, and they provided exactly what we needed. They didnt try to lure us for some product that would profit them more, which most shops do.I would definitely recommend the shop and moreover, the shop keepers.. I create several dream configurations and but generally settle with a budget one due to high pricing for the components in the market.Mr Kishan from Super Computer offered 1 level above my dream PC. He offered some really good guidance on choice and helped re-tune my configuration. You will get a wide variety of products, you can see and feel then an judge them. The staff here has good knowledge of the product and if you ask something that they dont know about, they will confirm and tell you on the spot. These things are not available online. Best Shop ever. Kishan bhaiya and the other staff members are really helpful. Jo v hai inka muh pe hai... You will not be cheated by them. The best thing that I liked about them is ki maine jb bola bhaiya thoda aur km kr do despite knowing the fact ki isse km nhi ho skta to unlike other shops inhone muh pe bol diya ki isse aur 10k km kr skte hai, but refurbished item de denge aapko tb... This is the kind of honesty we expect from someone in whose shop we spend our hard earned money and buy stuff... Kudos to you guys... Had a wonderful experience.
