One of the best service center i ever visited, sunil very calm & knowledgeable person he answered all questions politely, and fixed my laptop for very reasonable price. i recommend fix the device for your desktop & laptop repair works.

I went to get my Dell Laptop DC jack repaired and general check as the processing turned very slow. First he asked for a high value for just the Jack so I refused to change it. Further on taking back the laptop the issues increased..battery stopped charging and the laptop speed there was no change..for all of this trouble I paid him Rs. 800. No response back on even fixing the issue. I had a reasonably good experience earlier but this time it is really disappointing to say the least.

SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL ELECTRONIC PARTS, SAVE YOUR DEVICE, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.Dont get fooled and cheated by paid reviews else you will ended paying not just money but your mind as well.Dont give your laptop to this shop. They will create more issue. they will send your laptop to somewhere else for which they are not even responsible. Beware about your money, especially in this pandemic time, you guys are fooling customers taking money and not repairing the laptop and just making simple excuses, I lost my 3400 rupees. I gave my laptop to repair they quoted me 3400 and promised me to within 2 days they will repair and my laptop stopped working next days. when I encountered they are saying some other things are not working. They were one issue but they introduced few more issue Be responsible to what you are promising and charging money else will you responsible for others especially in this pandemic. Note: Never left your laptops to these, they might replace your original parts of your laptop, they will create more issue and charge more money.

Dont give your laptop especially to this shop. If you are giving your laptop then just pray to God. I also went by the review and gave my laptop after having through discussion and but in return I got cheated, lost my money(Rs 3400) which they quoted me and as well as my laptop just stopped working after few hours, not sure what changes they did, but they were one only issue and now it seems they introduced few more issues. so beware and very careful and dont go by good review which seems very highly paid reviews. When I ask about return, they are denying. They will send your laptop to somewhere and for that these shops are not responsible for that. These people should rot in hell especially in this pandemic you guys are cheating people.

Gave my HP laptop for display issue. He said graphics chipset to be changed worth 3000. But he didnt retain old part and also refused to produce vendor bill. It seems customer should tell him to retain old parts otherwise he throws it off. And problem also half fixed. Not trustworthy. careful with this guy.

They are FRAUD. I gave my mobile for repair after seeing a good rating on google maps, he replaced my original IC parts with duplicates.I found out about it after 3 weeks when mobile stopped working again and I took it to the different center. BEWARE !!

I am surprised by the quality of service provided by Fix The Device. It was way beyond my expectation. My laptop was making a lot of noise, had heating issue and WiFi not connecting... Very good place to get your dead laptop ready in short period of time

I gave two devices to repair but I ended up multiple visits. Instead of fixing the device he just temporarily fix and charged hefty 5000 rs as repair cost and guess what it just lasted for two days again same problem.. took 1 month to detect and fix and one month second time I thought my laptop repaired but he screwed up and when I showed him third time then the owner Mr.Sunil gave explanation that the board burnt and he wanted to charge additional repair cost, and it made me suspicious and that very moment I took back my laptop.Hence, if you really wants to get your device spoiled then give in Fix the device shop. I got my Dell Latitude laptop repaired with good service. He also offered to help for some data backup work I needed. I got my Macbook battery also serviced with a basic battery replacement issue. I found him genuine and willing to help. His price was reasonable I think and he saved me a lot of time and effort.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.EXTREMELY BAD. PATHETIC. DISGUSTING. This guy is insane. He will ruin every single part of your laptop or any other device. His favourite thing is to just ruin your motherboard and display and then he will tell you he can put new ones. Its his way of earning money from you. I went with a small problem of dust in the fan and he opened my whole laptop and ruined it completely. My laptop is useless now. He is also drunk while working on your device. And when you confront him, he bullies you and tells you that you will get beaten up by his gang. I am shattered. My laptop is ruined completely.

I had my 7+ years old Alienware M18x R2 which was working fine, but all off the sudden stopped working without any display... BEWARE. If you want your device to be ruined , then only go to this place. This guy is highly unprofessional and untrained. he will ruin your laptop or any other device. I wen to him with a small problem of my laptop battery getting discharged quickly which i realized later was due to power settings. He opened the whole laptop and damaged the Motherboard, the hard disk, the display , the fan . Basically the whole laptop which i bought for Rs 65,000 got ruined. And when i asked him why this happened , he said a mistake happened from him which damaged all the parts and thats normal for him. He refused to take any blame for it. I could smell alcohol from him when i went to him. So he was drunk while working. He is also a drug addict which he told me so blatantly. I am terrifies that i went to him. I am shattered to see my laptop become useless. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

This guys main business is selling hard disk to few small companies.I went to him for screen flickering issue and he sold me hard disk mentioning that its issue with hard disk.Even after changing hard disk, flickering issue persisted and then he did something else. His hard disk started throwing OS and memory issues since beginning and I had to do repeated visits to him but he never agreed to admit fault with his hard disk.Finally, I got my old hard disk placed back and there were no OS and memory issues.He dint agree to refund the amount of his faulty HD disk.Pathetic experience and avoid at every cost.Lost my money and efforts here.

Given computer for service. Two times visited his shop first time told problem is identified waiting for spare. Second visit inform to wait another 3 days. After two weeks inform he can not give service but took service charge. Better not to go this small shop.

It is a complete loot, you cant trust that person he fabricates the issue with the laptop to get more money, i ended up paying 6k, he didnt give me the splits of various issues(hard disks, IC chip and wire)He told me the Seagate 500 GB HDD is of 3K which I searched on Amazon was of 2300 and he told the best price will be 2500.Please be very cautious my recommendations and experience you will end up paying at-least twice of initial and he will fabricate issues. It is a complete forgery.My system still has other issues which he said he is not aware of however he earlier told that he checked the system thoroughlyIn Short please dont go until you want to be a victim of the forgery

Waste of time. Went for a hard disk repair. Even after 8 days they were unable to tell whats the problem. The place is a mess, and unorganised. Not worth spending time and effort here.

I went for screws for dell laptop and he said macbook screws rate. Sir if you buy macbooks 500 screws for 2300, you should sell 5 screws for 23 ruppes or atleast 30 not for 100.

To test the laptop, he charges 200 RS. I asked him to quote the price to fix the laptop after the testing. But he himself fixed the device without informing me and asking me to pay 3200 Rs. Big looting. I asked him to revert all the fixes, whatever he has done. I gave the service charge 200 and came back. I enquired with the dell official service centre in marathahalli. They charged just 2200 for the same problem. Usually official service centres will charge more than others. But this guy charge 1000 rs more than Official service centre. So decide yourself.
