I had called Ifix services Kammanahalli Bengaluru for the first time. Our iPad and iPhone needed replacement glass screens. Within the next day both of them were fixed. The staff were very courteous and well orchestrated. Mr. Biju had picked up my iPad and Mr. Vinod brought it back the next day with a new screen. He also fixed the iPhone at our apartment. He handled the phone with care and fixed it under half an hour or so. Very professional and I would go with their service again, if required.

My iphone XR back panel was broken and it had a bend. Enquired several outlets most of them said for back panel they will charge 4500 + tax to 7500 and full panel 12500. And they were not sure with the availability. Hence I found IFIx in Google andMs. Asma Guided me well and their response was super fast. Really amazed.. They said for back panel 3000 and full panel Rs.6500 including GST. And they have pick and drop facility and service time took hardly 5 hours.. Most of the outlets said they would require 2 days of time. They ll issue a proper bill. My device looks really new.. Further to this any issues I ll update. So far everything looks great.

I had got my MacBook Air boot issue resolved by IFix a month ago. It was a nice experience though it took 3-4 days to root cause and fix it . I got the pickup and drop service without any hassle.But again it’s showing up the booting issue after a month usage. I have requested IFix to repair it again, but unfortunately the MacBook was not in a state of getting the fix due to issue on the mother board. I really appreciate the effort and analysis done by the IFix team and finally they refunded the cost of repair. Surely I recommend IFix for all apple services and their down to earth attitude to address the customer needs! Fully satisfied. Well done!

I had to change my battery for my iPhone SE first generation, I had called iFix Kamamahalli and got their reply from them within 24 hours considering this was on a weekend the technician who came home at the time and had followed all the covid protocols and got the work finished in a few minutes. Hassle-free experience.The battery for iPhone SE first-generation cost 2200 + 300 for at-home service this was the price as of 13th June 2021.I will come back to fix India for all my Apple-related issues.

Poor serviceIve got my iPhone battary replacement n after a day I realised that theres something shaking inside the phone n my phone never had lag issues n now it has stated.Im doubtful if they put original battaries. Now Ive lost interest to use my favorite phone.I travelled so long to get it serviced n Im disappointed that I can not take it back to them to fix the issues.

They took my laptop for a day and said nothing was wrong and made me buy a charger. No bill nothing was given and said hes reduced the 18% GST. Check your god damn CCTV. I came to your shop again saying theres a problem and the person at the front desk doesnt know a thing. And you have the audacity to ask if Im a competitor.

I just got a screen and a battery replaced for iPhone 7 from this place. Their technician came to my place. He was very professional and handled both replacements skillfully. Im very happy with the service and the cost. I had contacted authorized service centers and their quotes were almost three times this place. This place has provided 2 years warranty for the screen and 6 months warranty on the battery.

They are very professional and give the product fixed in very less time with reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this Ifix place.

Good place to fix any apple products. Went for charging point issue where in the cable point stuck inside the phone, they fixed it in 20mins and also bought lightning cable which is bit costlier side when compared to online purchase but I had no option as it was needed for charging immediately if not would prefer buying accessories from online itself than here.

Helpful Review :I actually have a MacBook Pro Mid 2012, and unfortunately it got some crack on the front glass sheet due to mishandling.I was certain I will have to spent really huge on it.Called almost all apple repair shops, asked them about the repair cost.None listed less than Rs 5000.Called iFix , the customer care lady was extremely sweet.She told me it would get it repaired @ RS 3800.I was afraid if the fix would be proper or not. But when they came with the device, it was like a perfect fit and the Quality was really good.I was as like as new.There was an issue with the hinge too.. They said they will try tightening it or I can receive it morning. I came in the morning, they even fixed it with no extra cost.Not a fan of writing review but I thought it would help them gain more customers. :)Dont worry get your device fixed from iFix!They charge reasonable price.Ignore the bad comments, as they say they are their competitors and ask for the invoice, no doubt they tell it in real. :PI am really happy with the service. After that,though screen is fine, I am not able to charge phone at all and service person said motherboard may be screwed up. I replaced my iPhone 7 plus screen recently got it for half price compared to authorized Apple service but the display does not feel like original display its not that smooth and accurate even the resolution doesnt not match the original display if you look closely.

The place is good. I told him theres a hardware issue. Even after telling that its not a software issue, he just installed the software again by opening the back of my ipad pro. And the reboot problem still persisted even after the service and yeah till now 18/12/2020 not yet solved. And when asked about the issue his reply was try uninstalling any apps you had recently installed and resetting your ipad. Is that a solution?? Be it whatever app from the playstore its supposed to handle right? Guys if you want your apple product to be serviced get it to an authorised apple service centre. These guys charge a bomb and yet fail to deliver the service. I admit that i will be amongst the 4-5% category whore writing such kind of review. But trust me we do count. Have a great day.

I am extremely unhappy from the kind of service and this is nothing less than defrauding your customers.Please see full details of the chronology of events and proofs:1. At about 1:30 PM on Saturday (25th May) I entered my details on the online form on your website. After which i received a call from your rep immediately (from the phone number listed on your website). I mentioned the details of the damage and was quoted 7.5k. I agreed to the offer and asked the rep to send over technicians to my apartment, she also noted down my address, email ID and phone number. (See the attached phone call log). I also enquired on the quality of the part, the lady assured me that it will be the OEM replacement.2. Immediately after i got another call form different number, from the same representative. She wanted to confirm the colour of the iPhone, I confirmed it was Black, and asked her if there is any discount possible. She enquired if i can pay in cash, i said I can so she mentioned she can give a discount and do the service at 7k. I enquired if I will be getting a bill to which she confirmed again. Therefore i agreed to the terms.3. The service technician called and confirmed the address, they reached around 3:15 PM (there were two people) [Attaching my gate log of them entering]. They checked the phone replaced the screen. (They had two set of screens one with a bar code and one with a Chinese logo on, the person installed the one with the china logo and i grew quite suspicious already. On enquiring multiple times about the difference he kept repeating that they were both the same. It didnt look the same to me and Im quite certain there was something fishy going on).The technician also tried to sell a screen guard for INR 800 and i said no to this.4. On turning on the phone, the screen brightness looked quite dull. I asked him again, he kept insisting that this is the best quality they have. He reassured me that there is a 5 year warranty from Ifix and i need not worry. Although the brightness was low, it did not have any flicker or black spots at that time and giving them the benefit of doubt I paid them 7k in cash. The technician took a couple of pics of the completed job sent it to someone on message and mentioned that he has sent the confirmation and that I will receive the invoice within an hour.5. It has been less than 12 hours since then and the screen is fading away, flickering and has all kinds of patterns on it. Please see the images of my screen attached. I have not received any invoice on my email either.Given the positive feedback from many other customers, I understand as a firm you are possibly honest people and this may be a case of fraudulent activity by some of your employees.I urge you to please look into this at the earliest and have my screen replaced in the correct way!Regards,Praneet Battina

I smashed my iPhone beyond what i thought was repairable and found Rehmeth who did an amazing job, really fast and for cheaper than other estimates i got. Hey i came to know about ifix through online , My ipad screen was broken ,and i contacted them. And the executive said they will replace the screen for 5.5 k with one year warrenty and for that i have to send my ipad to banglore , actually am working in amritsar so i was bit confused and to be frank afraid to send the ipad , but atlast i took the risk and decided to send it to them . And once my product reached their the customer care executive named ansar called me and he told me their eng will check and let me knw what the defect is , later after some time he called me and confirmed the prize for repair of it and once i am oke with that they repaird it and he called twice before despatching the product all the process happend in two day , Even after dispatch ansar contacted me on the day of delivery and said that the product is out for delivery from the courier side (they care for u that much, its not like upto dispatch is their job) ,it was really well packed , and i had used my ipad for 3 days before putting the review ,now its working perfectly and more over they have given a proper printed bill with warrenty mentioned on it . Am literally happy with ifix .And customer executives like ansar is reason for the sucess of ur company . Am naming him only as he was the one who am always having contact with . Thanq ifix and tq Ansar.

Have used their service earlier. Was decent then. But the recent experience was not good. The backside glass of my iphone XR had to be replaced. And they did a very shabby job. The glue used is visible, the back side is now unevenly covering the phone and there is even a gap showing. When asked they responded as if that is what can be done... could have told me earlier. For the price they charge i expected better. This could easily be done by any regular service shop for lesser price.

From the moment I went into Kammanhalli branch I was not happy, there is no transparency I wanted to see whats been done they didnot allow and removed parts were not returned, stating they cannot. By their behaviour I had my doubts if parts have been replaced in my phone. Need to be careful in future, if transparency was there I would not have such doubts. Unsure whats the problem in returning removed parts.

Vinod, the technician came in for changing the screen for 2 phones , did an awesome job and patiently answered all the questions that were asked. He also finished job very quickly. I went to this shop through iFix India main website to fix my MacBook laptop. They kept my laptop for 1 day to diagnose the issue and said that they need to replace the mother-board to fix it. Then i took my laptop and showed in a another repairing centre and they fixed it . Unfortunately, i found that my original apple mother board has been replaced with another one.Please be careful if you are handing over your laptop for the longer period of time.

I have changed my iphone 7+ screen twice with ifix both the time they have put local display which is getting easily damage.

*Life savers* I had juice split all over my macbook air and the battery woudnt charge anymore.They actually opened my computer in front of me and show me all the damages and explain what could be done. Dont go by the stolen i from apple and glassy shop. There is no difference between them and any average street mobile-repair vendors.>> Cheap quality of work. In my case, they probably used duplicate screen to repair my broken screen which was not working from the time they delivered the phone after repair. I wonder how they did not even perform basic testing.>> Dont adhere to what they promise: Before submitting the mobile they promised to deliver it the same day within 3-5 hours. After submitting, they keep changing their words, could not deliver the phone even after 3 days, just for screen replacement.>> Made me to visit the center 3 times during 3 days and possibly I wasted more than 3-4 hours taking the follow up with these completely unprofessional bunch of people.>>> Further, there is no customer service where you could report your concern or escalate. You have to bang your head just one place and he will be fooling your around.

The management currently is not good. The person who sits at the reception counter is not at all ready to do the needful .The person was very abusive(Abused in Urdu) and not at all willing to repair the phone. They are just fake..People please do not go there. I have been a customer since 2016 and this i what i get??? Even though if i had the warranty letter he was not ready to repair my phone and was asking me throw the phone.This will be taken to the director level and also to the consumer court .

When I saw the negative reviews about this place I was skeptical about getting my phone serviced from this place. But later I thought I will take my chance with it. I had to replace my iPhone 6s battery as it was draining quickly. So asked the technician to come over and fix the issue. The replacement battery was same as the one in the phone, I couldn’t make out any difference. After replacing the battery I checked it’s health in the settings and it was showing 100%. It costed me ₹2600, way more less than what the authorized service center quoted me ₹(4500) and I got it done within 60min. This was on dec 6th. They gave me 6 months warranty and today on 1st feb, the battery health is at 91%.Today again I got my wife’s iPhone 7 serviced. I was not about to hear phone call properly as there was some issue with the ear piece. They fixed it for ₹650, where as apple care quoted ₹1200 for diagnosis and 650 for cleaning the earpiece and I had to leave the phone for 48 hours. But at ifix I got it done within 20 min.So far happy with my experience at ifix.

I wouldnt reccomended this place since I found their methods very questionable. Gave my iPhone SE which had water damage and the screen wouldnt work. They did a diagnostic and replaced the screen for 4000 saying that the phone was fixed. But sadly once the screen was fixed and working, we found that the headphone jack wouldnt work and the antenna had problems too. Both of which would need repairs and replacements at additional cost.... If we had known the total cost before, we would have not gone for the repairs in the first place! An LCD replacement is a quick but useless solution which benefitted the company and not the customer. Now all Im left with is a damaged phone with a new LCD! They should have clarified with the total cost up front so that we could decide whether to go for the repairs or not.
