Recently we have purchased Dell optiplex 5080 MT, Have no issues relating to installation, and post installation working. But they are not preferring to provide offline support citing COVID REASONS. They have to provide offline service with COVID Appropriate Behaviour as they have excellent team.Online support for all issues not advisable due to connectivity issues. Hope they will improve and this is not an hinderence.

My laptop was not not powering up. I took to them and they fixed it in a day. Highly recommend their service

Visited them with a desktop with audio/video issues. When I told the owner that they cannot not format the system, only troubleshoot, he simply refused to take it for repair!!! It seems formatting is their way of fixing.He finally kept it for 1 day. Returned my desktop saying the issue could not be resolved. I saw in the Event Viewer logs that they had not even turned on my desktop!!Worst service ever!

I went to Alpine for my laptop screen replacement and got it done there. Good service and havent had any issues with the new screen, for almost 2 years now. Will definitely go back to them in the future, for any support.

My lenovo laptop suddenly broke down so we approached Alpine Inc. As promised they fixed the issue within stipulated time. Highly recommended.

Today I gave my desktop for servicing as I had some virus issue (lokd file) the technician in this store is checked my CPU and said the all files are corrupted and we cant restore.. And we need to change the ram as current one is very basic 2gb which will not support for for windows 10 he wants to upgrade it for another 2gb which will cost 2.5k ..I agreed and told him to proceed.. After one hour he called and saying that he doesnt have the stock of 2gb ram.. And he want put 4gb ram which will cost Rs. 2800/-+ 500 for service charges.. I told him to make it for 3k.. But he is not agreed.. When I checked same 4gb ram in one-line it was showing 1800/- somehow I felt that he is genuine so I collected my system back and same I have resolved in just Rs. 700/-

Alpine Inc fixed the broken hinges of my HP Laptop. Now it is working fine. I paid Rs 2500 just for one side hinge replacement. Quite expensive but the quality of the work is good. They offered me 90 days warranty.
