Good Professionalism and prompt service - AWARD TECH.

I had taken services from award technologies 3yrs back for CCTV & video door phone.. The service provided by them is excellent and on time. Recently sometime back i had to contact them back as there was some issue. They actually took initiative and came to resolve the issue..i would definitely suggest award technologies to my friends & family if any requirement for CCTV installation and services Please do not go with the review of others people..if award technologies is charging more money .it is worth for their quality of product & services.

Mr Madhusudhan owned Award technologies is the kind of company that tries really hard to get clients, promises decades of service and then troubles the clients through and through.We had an Alba door opening automated system installed from him 3 years back. When things went wrong in just one year, he troubled us for 30 days to just get 2 hours of work done.This time, we changed our door and the adapter got spoilt, he lied to us that the parts were not available, then he spoke rudely and said that if we want to fix it we must change the system. Then he lied that the company has wound up operations. Our house is on the first floor and we find it very difficult to open and close the door on the ground floor physically more than 30 times a day. Upon requesting repeatedly he told us anyway he works only for money, so if he gets paid why will he lie, etc.Kindly do not use any products provided by him, neither his service.
