My laptop had display issues. OMS promptly picked up the device on time and kept me current on the progress of repair. Mr. Umesh tested it and informed me that my laptop does not need any repair and just re-assembling has corrected it. Clearly any other ordinary repair shop would have cheated me for parts that they did not replace but OMS did not do any of that. I definitely recommend these guys for their honesty and professional attitude.

Had a very good experience with OMS solution. Mr.Uday has complete knowledge on laptop and he does the best job. I have upgraded RAM , made general service and got my OS reinstalled . Price was very much affordable compared to other centres.

Called Prasad and team yesterday with issues on my desktop computer and prompt response on call and they came home took the cpu and gave a detailed analysis in the morning and in 1 hours time they delivered my desktop cpu in perfect working condition and also suggested couple of upgrades post the lockdown.Amazing service and would recommend this team to all. It was a huge relief to have Umesh from OMS work on my laptop to upgrade the hardware and bring it back to speed. He is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I took my desktop PC to his shop because my computer was not starting up. He troubleshooted it in a step by step manner and explained to me his conclusions. My graphics card had gotten burnt and he dismantled and showed me the whole burnt area also. Then he suggested possible replacements for it that would work well with my motherboard. I would recommend his computer shop to anyone who is buying a hardware or to anyone having PC issues.
