A nice main company situated in bangalore. where they mostly make the new recruits to join.The induction is at basement starting from mor till evening 5.30 make sure you have your breakfast while coming... since no shops will be open in the morning cross the road there will be a roadside shop selling hot idly and sambhar.. feed your hungry soul.the company is good. one of the oldest HCL buildings and the staffs are friendly too.

Worst office I have ever worked. Worst HR and worst management who dont value employees. My HR Tushara was the most useless HR I have ever seen. They suck employees hardwork and pay them very less. This wfh is getting bad for employees in HCL. No hike and no promotion. Management never understands employees concerns and make us to work like labourers with no proper wages.

Got slected in interview and completed all process including salary discussion ! They asked to resign from the pursuing company and I did. But the offer letter not provided even after 2 months or more. Completely frustruated . Even the helpline number was not working !! Neither the wmil ids !! Then oneday the manger from HCL called and asked to join the next day itselft!! Meanwhile i had an offer from a trustworthy company. It was completely unproffesional but atleast they could have keep me updated the reason. !!

My company is the best company in Elcot I see. With all the amenities. Daily zumba dance, yoga and yearly sports functions. Cares employee much.

Small campus in Electronic City. Construction is very old and no sunlight comes to the office. Facility is normal. Well connected from the city, very near to the ECity Flyover.

I was there to attend an interview on weekend. As usual with IT companies of this scale, the services were good, building was clean and ambience was good with greenery. The cafeteria was cash only which is unusual in this digital age. The sensors of lift gates is not of top grade and so if it is closing then do not try to enter. The other facilities were good.

I mean its HCL. What would you review? The company? Careers there? Their Services or the campus? Campus is in the Electronic City Phase 1 behind the D- Mart. Close to the flyover so you can say its conveniently located. However, if you come by bus, you might walk close to half a kilometer to get here.

As a company, you all know that it is good. But interview wise, this location is worst. They use this building for conducting interviews for all Bangalore locations. So HRs/contact persons will come here from other locations. They dont have any discipline, everything is chaos here. It will 2-3 hours for your contact person to come and collect your resume. Good luck anyway!

This rating is only about the interview process and nothing to do about the facility etc. And I dont work here nor have I worked here before.Was scheduled by an agent/consultancy for F2F interview. After going there I saw it was a mass recruitment drive. And on top of it, they said they would conduct a written test before the F2F. Written test may be great for freshers or upto 3 years of experience, but not for experienced professionals.

Very bad experience I had at HCL electronic city. Attended HR recruiter interview yesterday. With me 7 people attending interview, 3 were shortlisted for 2nd round and waiting for it. One guy came at afternoon 12 no formal dress, shabby shoes. Hes friend of HCL HR Eswari, she says dont worry I will take care and says the interview panel hes her friend and they say no problem then. Just 5 min interview for him no 2nd round directly he got hired. They why do u waste our time waiting from morning 9.30 am to1. 00pm. Just call ur close friend s and hire them. This is very unprofessional. Just for record she asked us to fill a form and stick out passport size photo.

This organization is very unprofessional.I recently cleared their 1st round of interview after that I am waiting for 2nd round of interview for days.The guy who is assigned to take interview is not at all interested.He keeps on postponing and never shows up at the time he mentions.I just wonder how the management is in this organization.HR team calls regularly to setup the interview initially and for checking if interested in HCL job or not.If this is the scenario who will be interested.

Good place and architecture

HCL as a company is one of the legacies of Indian software . This branch in particular is a single standing building, limited food options. Easy to notice from moving vehicle and also good parking space available. There are no direct buses. If coming in an auto/your own vehicle then ask for DMart landmark.

HCL Technologies Limited is very employee friendly.It allows you to maintain your work and personal life balance.The food is very good. Each employee is very good over here.

IT office. Mostly support functions crowd with few projects at this location. Canteen is not that great with less options to choose from and gets very crowded at lunch time. Gym is as good as not being there.Parking is available.

Horrible hiring process. You have wait for hrs. No lunch coffee offered. The hr does not know how many people come for interview. They prepare questions at 2 when they call us at 9 30 in the morning. No feedback. Interview panel busy..I am only commenting on their hiring process. I do not know about work environment and work culture...

Recruitment process need improvement. I really felt bad a day wheni went to attained interview and saw 700 candidates are waiting for windows L2 support, but there was no interviewer. Who can address the candidates.

Attended Interview here before a month. Got selected and even HR round also finished. But still didnt get offer letter. When I enquired about it, they replied saying project not yet signed. It was a Drive. So many people attended it. Interview went for a whole day. If they dont have openings, whats the point in calling for Interview and wasting everybodys time.Very disappointed with the way it went.

Good infrastructure and there is a big queues for interview. Visitors parking available here.

It is located in good place with cool campus. It has nice view from cafeteria. But pedestrian path to office is not good due to metro construction.

Campus looks okay.freindly and co operative guards But their interview process is so damn slow.They had called us at 9am. I visited the campus of Surya park for interview, It was a Worst place with worst restroom. You feel you went inside a rail coach restroom. Tissue will not be there so dont forget to have your kerchief.

No filter Coffee or Tea available Inside the campus, only the machine Coffee or Tea is available which is worst in taste. Food provided in the cafeteria is also not Good. Atleast the juices and fruit bowl is available. Company bus are not available for this building. Only to Jigani campus, buses are available. Gym is there for the name sake in this Surya Sapphire building. Even washrooms run out of water sometimes. Overall the building doesnt have basic facility. Need to go near by Restaurant called Sitara for Good food and Tea.

Interviews were not organised properly. For Java developers it was a hell. Standing in queue in sun at 12pm , just for registration. Felt like some kind of auction was going on when HR was giving instructions. Position for which they called me for, was not at all matching to my profile. Over the call what they told was different and actual requirement was entirely different.

Office looks well from outside. Inside furniture is good in all ODCs. The management is failing is getting good stalls for food and the cafeteria is open thing, no AC it will be big struggle on sunny days. Not a big place to roam for a break but it is convenient with the use.

Situated in peaceful place. You need to take road right side of D-Mart. So if you are coming from Silk board side , then be on the main road till toll both and from there take U -turn

Went for a Tech support interview. We were made to wait for almost an hour. Agreed it was a walkin but the recruiters were really slow and confused. There were so many freshers, to whom they were rudely telling that they were not selected. If you are sending back people at least do it in a mannered way🙏
