Totally a customer delight experience.I gave a white shirt which had stains, I had it already dry cleaned from Sanceys laundry and they could not remove the stains even after multiple washes. Vinay ji from washhub just asked me a few questions about the nature of the stain to use the right chemicals, confirmed before hand theyll be able to remove it and delivered on it too.Overall great quality of service, very responsive team and timely delivery.

Its simply pathetic ,the owner has got a very pathetic attitude towards customers and doesnt even have the basic courtesy or concerns.i gave a t shirt for washing and the stains where there Even after the wash they are there ,I said him to redo it again he says it needs to be dry-cleaned and again I have to pay for it ,what the nonsense if it had to be dry-cleaned should have made it clear initially only ,whats the point of paying a premium if you cant give a good service ,more more he thinks people are slaves and tells it is ok if you dont give me business.Guys I suggest dont go for this cos ijsrins if chargibc a premium he is unable to do a basic job even and i am sure such crooks and cheaters will have to pay the price sooner and his business will shut down.There are much better option s in HSR /kormangla which can be considered...Letd L avoid such crooks who dont have a proper attitude and are very lame lame towards somebodys concern and just think somehow to onky mint money from the customer,I am sure he will have to shut his business soon.

It used to be 1 day delivery with washed and pressed.. bt now thy charge same and yet take 2-3 days..
