I got my House Deep Cleaned & Sanitised

The worst agency with people with worst values. I have booked this agency not once but thrice. The first time I booked them for cleaning was the only time I got good service. The second time I booked them for post shifting house cleaning of my mothers house, they charged me 3500 and left the house half cleaned. This time I again hired them for floor cleaning for my house which is the worst mistake Ive done. I found my bluetooth earphones missing after they left and when I called back to check Mr. Laksh asked me to check my house again, which i did 4 times. When I called back again to say I havent found it and nobody else other then he and his staff had come home, he in turn blamed me and my landlord behind this, saying either I might have kept it somewhere or my landlord must have stolen it. After arguments I gave him a days time asking him to pay me back the cost or bring me back my earphones. The next day after a couple of more calls and heated arguments I get a call from another staff member Ajay, and this guy spoke all rubbish to me, called me names. Together these two men asked me to go to the employees house and collect the money. When I said am a single woman and how was I expected to go to somebodys house and instead transfer it to my account or come home and return it he said take or leave it, it useless speaking to an adamant woman. And Mr. Ajay wants to get rid of me by throwing money at me. Its been a daynow and these people havent bothered getting back to me with the earphones or the money. They have no sense of decency while speaking to a lady. This man Ajay speaks of karma to me. This is the worst customer service and the worst men I have dealt with.

Here people posted that its good cleaning service. I really wonder if this people really know what is good cleaning meaning.. bcoz this Broomr people are just looting money...very sweet in speaking but very bad in cleaning service..

The efficiency in terms efforts and going that extra mile is really commendable.Satisfied with the cleaning of my windows.
