Hotel rooms are good. I visited hotel in September 2021. Food is also really awesome!Best thing , they kept our luggage even after checkout and once we return from outside gave a room for 20-30 mins for charging!Hotel interior are also fabulous!

Its a good hotel. If you like heritage properties then its for you. Rooms are bigger in size with beautiful tiles in washrooms. AC was leaking from our room. The services were quick and they changed our room. Also perfect destination for wedding photoshoot.

The hotel is at backside of prime location. The staff is so good .. But what it reflects from exterior does not match with interior rooms, it rained the very same day I checked in and there were flying insects inside the room and was not properly cleaned. One can get better stays in same budget.

I am a Kolkatan... i came with my family and kids and went through such a bad experience overnight. We were charged approx 6500 for two rooms and believe me... all washroom urinals were leaking and moreover there were electric shocks in the entire wash room area. All linens supplied such as blanket and towels were stinking. So avoid such any stay at this hotel

Quite modern hotel in old and traditional look. Furniture, paintings, showpieces all are in old look. Function hall is not enough spacious and stairs are also not broad as should be. Parking is available just outside the hotel besides road where no any shade for parked vehicles. Rooms are good, well managed with all amenities. Location is quite good as most of the tourist attractions are not much far. Overall you will find it a good place to stay in Bikaner.

I stayed in this hotel with my family. I booked this hotel from an online app and paid prior for my stay. Firstly on my arrival, hotel manager behaved like he was doing some kind of favour to me while providing me room. Then he gave this room, whose condition you can judge from the photos attached. Plus, during my stay of some 15 hours there was NO POWER SUPPLY for around 5 hours. Plus, TV was not operational. AC was broken. I would not like to stay at this place ever again, you can if you still wanna do.

I stayed at hotel sagar Bikaner with my family from 17th December 20 to 21st December 20. Room was quite big in size with a l e d tv, kettle for tea and coffee making at any time.linen was neat and clean. Washroom was quite big with geyser for hot water. Here I would like to mention that lights in washroom was not enough. I faced this problem while shaving.Room service is available but bit slow sometime they forget to send the order. Restaurant services are fine with a wide range. Only vegetarian dishes.Bar facility is also available.In side parking is available although its small in size.I paid ₹ 3000 per night with an extra bed and complimentary breakfast.Drivers dormitory is available.Highly recomended

The 200 year old structure was retouched into a heritage hotel. The property is pretty beautiful with long hallways and a center courtyard. The rooms are good but not so royalist like the exteriors. The bathrooms are kept clean and geyser is available separately. The food is pretty ok but you can have a good complimentary breakfast and go out to try the local cuisine from the restaurants in the city.

Nice hotel in terms of architecture and design, rooms are decent sized. The staff is courteous and try to help you as much as they can but when we visited the hotel was packed and our rooms didnt get ready in time and it was way past our check-in time. Parking can be a Hassel as they dont have any valets to assist with it and the in hotel parking is quite inadequate.

Good restraunt with good food..little spicy though as they use more of grain spices than powdered ones....however the food was awesome..Gatte ki sabzi is a must to have there and you will get good soft tawa roties as well which will not make u feel heavy like tandoori roties do. Price were buget friendly for a family of 2 adults and one kid we spent under 800 for the entire lunch including 2 sabzi roti and soft drink for the kid.

Would feel the taste of past. With mild orchestra, a glass of scotch and rajputana ambience make you feel like royalty. You could opt for the sobar diner too. A family place though.

A very average place to stay nothing great. Below average breakfast spread. Rudimentary service and poor staff behavior.

Its a 2 star hotel which has potential to be a 3 star hotel. The rooms, space and location is good. They need to fix few things in the room and change some attitude of the staff. The rooms I stayed in didnt have a remote for the TV. The soap dish next to the shower was missing. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room I stayed in (109) is probably worst as there was noise behind it all night. The kitchen staff from the next door marriage garden (I am guessing) were working all night. Banging things and talking loudly.

Their rooms facilities services all were excellent. Staff were welcoming and provide us all what we need.Food was good too and it was the best meal we had.Also the hotel had it great charm abd decoration.

Very nice rooms and interior and looks very nice outside. Only wish there was a safe in my room and there is no selection of television stations that I can tell. I would recommend staying here.

Nice and beautiful place to stay in Bikaner. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Hospitality is also good. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Service standards are maintained. Sufficient parking space is available. Location is also near to the city centre and all main tourist attractions of the city. Well recommended for family outing, even for a business trip.

Very nice looking and good accomodation

Room was having bed sheet which was used and still tucked in into bed properly. I called staff to replace it . When they were replacing we noticed two red spots and few small sized hairs on beds sheet. The bathing soap was also used soap but again put into cover like it was never used before. The dustbin was filled with some gift wrap and condom wrap. Though its my own opinion but it Looked to me that somebody used that room for their own use and tried to behave as not used( keeping in mind that it was deluxe room and also the fact that foreigners Also visit this hotel) Overall my experience with this hotel was bad as they don’t check the room instead they provide used room and I suspect some naughty staff does that.I do not recommend this place for stay.
