Good holistic care center. I had a mid back pain accompanied with nerve damage due to abnormal spine degeneration. After going through their regiment of 7 weeks I have significantly lower levels of pain and high mobility. The chiropractic care standalone provide here is not that impressive but couple that with the regiment of exercise, needle therapy, spinal decompression, etc. Have a massive positive impact overall. I had problem with my shoulder rotation and movement for past 2 years. I took physiotherapy sessions from another clinic in past, but was of no help. I came across CB physiotherapy clinic from goodle search, and thought of giving it a try. I got Dr. Krishnas appointment, as per his investigation and suggestion i went for Physiotherapy and Chiropractic sessions.During my first appointment, i asked my problem in detail, as from my past experience i had little trust in physiotherapy sessions. From Dr. Krishnas response, i was little convinced that he understood my problem and knows what treatment he is suggesting and why. After a week of regular Physiotherapy session, i can feel the pain is reducing and i am able to perform those shoulder movements which were difficult to perform earlier.After completing my physiotherapy sessions, i continued doing the exercises told by Dr.Krishna and it really helped me recover from my shoulder pain. Recently i have start playing cricket again, which i couldnt from past 2 years.The chiropractic sessions by Dr. Anup did wonders for me. Please dont go by reviews, thats how you will get manipulated. After spending 24K and deailing with pain for 1 month my issue got worsen.As soon as you go there they will come with a plan (extract as much as possible), 80% of which is not needed. A patient in pain will buy that.Their therapists are inexperienced and there is no supervision, you are their guinea pig and they will experiment. Their main Dr. ANUP Brahmbhatt, is more of celeb appearance no focus on patient or problem. Claims knows chiropractic but this is the worst I have ever experienced.I finally went to a real orthopedic doctor + physio who diagnosed the problem, and in four sessions I am 80% recovered. If you are reading this you are in pain, save youself from more!

Hello, I visited the clinic due to severe pain in neck, back, and arm. I was suffering from pain for 1 month before visiting CB physiotherapy clinic.The Doctors at the physio clinic diagnosed the condition and suggested an integrated approach of physio, chiro and dry needling for a month.The team of doctors at this clinic are very professional and their approach is unique and effective in treating the pain.The doctors explained me about the root causes of the pain and suggested different exercises as per requirement during the treatment time.They treated me to get rid of severe muscle tightness and bad posture. Hi, Had a great revival experience at this facility. Walked in calf man and other neourpathy issues due to age and being a diabetic. Was advised a month treatment from day one of treatment found improvement. Personnel attention and suggestions where given every day. Today I walked with great improvement calf pain on the leg, numbness and stiffness released to a great great extent. Dr. Ichchha - I would personally endorse her. I have had a great experience with the clinic. I had had multiple issues on my back and shoulder for over 4 years. Dr. Ichcha has taken great care in identifying the issues and treating them patiently for the best results. My back issues are close to 100% resolved and the shoulder issues are close to 90% resolved (treat the percentages as notional, since there is no hard way to quote those numbers, but anyway). So, a 5 star from me.

It was a great experience, i had really bad pain which was causing nausea. Dr. Anoop helped me on the day one it was such a relief. Then after continued session finally pain is gone.

I was asked to go for surgery by a top neuro which my family was against and me too. I had a bike accident two years back and my lower back L4 L5 and S1 had issues. I didnt know what to do as I was sure that my career was over as I could not sit or stand or walk for a long time.I was referred to CB Physiotherapy by my friend and I visited this place at Whitfield. Dr Iccha was very helpful and made me comfortable and Dr Purvitha was just so warm and helpful during sessions. Dr Anup who is a Chiropractor did just three sessions and I am feeling much better I believed him and his treatment when he explained me about the procedure in a layman’s language, he was very kind and friendly with every patient and make them feel comfortable. I had numbness on my left arm and severe pain on my right arm.I was taking allopathic treatment for the past 2 years at different hospitals. I had a disk bulge in C5-C6, due to which I was getting giddiness. Also I had numbness and tingling in my hands. Doctor suggested me to go for physiotherapy. I had a best experience here. The org is run properly and the doctors here are too good handling their patients. I went for a severe shoulder blade pain treatment and was satisfied with the results. They used lot of techniques for the treatment. Cupping, Chiro, Tens, D-trac etc. Also they recommended some home exercises to increase muscle strength. The dry needling part isnt that effective and I wont recommend much. Again its upto individual, cause I didnt feel any relief with that. Both the doctors Iccha and Krishna were kind n humble, dedicated for their duties. Since this is a hospital I wish I dont need to go again 😋. Strongly recommended for Physio treatment.

By the time I came to CB Physiotherapy, Whitefield I had been experiencing acute pain in my right hand for more than 7 months. It started with tennis elbow pain and had escalated upto shoulder and neck to the point where I wasnt able to sleep for more than 1.5 hrs at a stretch at night. I had get up, sit for 20 or so mins before I could lay down again. I had also tried about 8 sessions of physio near my residence to no relief of even 5%. At CB Physiotherapy, Dr. Anup and Dr. Iccha were amazing. In depth consultation including the explanation of what and why the problem arose in the 1st place was provided. In the 1st session of physio itself I felt so much relief from the pain. 1st session of the chiropractic treatment by Dr. Anup was life changing. As if he found the off swich for my pain. He is amazing with what he does and makes you very comfortable by the way he explains what he is doing. The pain I had for more than 7 months is 95-99% gone. Range of motion in my shoulder has also increased drastically and most of all I am able to sleep through the night without having to get up for the 1st time in 5 months. Even though it is a little far from my residence, coming here was the best decision I took. I was suffering from sciatica pain for 3-4 months. I was unable to even for few steps. I had severe pain from lower back radiating to the right leg to calf and to the right foot. I was completely immobilised for three months. I felt too much depressed. First thing to clarify- Dont just go by review and ratings here, most of these review are posted by their representatives only.I went there with Back Pain in near neck they just did 10 min session and will charge hefty amount of 1500 and then if its not fixed, they will simply convince you to come for multiple session(4 in my case) with each session cost 1500 + physiotherapy and and all additional charges.

My experience with Dr. Anoop and Dr. Ichha has been truly great.These guys have been very patient and considerate throughout my treatment course at CB physiotherapy. Dr.Anoop is very knowdledgeable and has never pushed/insisted for any unnecessary tests or procedures. I had been suffering from hip pain for quite sometime now and had consulted many orthopedics, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and what not in the past but to no avail.I felt very convinced after discussing my condition with Dr.Anoop.He was able to get to the root of my problem almost instantly and no later we got started with the therapy sessions. I was diagnosed by Dr. Anup at Whitefield centre and in the first sitting itself neck adjustment was done and i got relieved from the pain. I had visited for my low back pain, which was because of long wrong hours/wrong postures. I have issues of L4, L5. Post Chiro and Strengthening excercise, the low pack pain has greatly reduced. Though I had taken allopathic medicines, physiotherapy the recurrence of pain was sooner than expected. The Chiro sessions are really helpful treatments and has longer effect.
