All good. Customer care 5 start, prompt response and excellent process. I wanted to change the dentures of my Dad and thought of doing it from home. As per my analysis it should cost around 15k to 18k since its from home. Another clinic quoted 12k but no home services.To my surprise Nightingale quotes hefty 53K with is more than 4 time the cost if done from clinic. Upon challenging the high price, I was told its due to home service. Why should I even think of paying 4 times higher that too with no justification.

Am very happy with the speech therapy that is going on for my daughter. Dr. Shilpa understood the situation and started the therapy immediately. I could see drastic changes in the speech of my daughter.I would like to thank Dr.Shilpa for her continuous support.

I have not taken any service but they are playing with patients emotions. Over the chat they said that the per session cost is 750 and later on call the cost becomes 820. They have kept a name as if they are so sweet but it is sweetly playing with the patients emotions. Without taking the service itself I can say how their gesture will be . Medical field is going through a crisis which may prolong if it continues the same way.

I had been called for an interview, HR Ramya is very irresponsible that she was caught up with phone. She didnt inform me anything, she said you can leave, and she said that she will mail me the contract. Next day I mailed her asking for contract. And without any consent form they took my blood, I dont know if the person who took blood is professional or not. And now Supervisor Manjeri is calling me and saying you should take case in area which I have not even told them that I will take. She is forcing me to take case and told if I dont take she wont give me next time. I asked Ramya HR you should have informed me that I should meet up with supervisor also, so she called me and yelling at me saying you were in urgent. She was the one who was busy. If they are busy then why to call for interview. They made me wait there for hours. Now Manjeri is telling me be polite. They are playing with physios. I have that record where Ramya called me and yelled, I will post it online and then they will know who was rude and who was polite.

I took physiotherapy services recently for my injured ankle. Dr Mohammed Zikriya has done an awesome job in providing holistic treatment for my recovery, strengthening and ensuring that the risk of repetitive ankle injuries is reduced. His dedication and commitment to treat my injury and bring me back to normalcy at the earliest is highly commendable. There was progress in every session and within no time I recovered completely. The helpers we were given were untrained and abusive to the patient. They picked up fights when given feedback and when we tried to re-explain the needs. Excessive use of phone or always sleeping. The patient was left in the wet bed throughout the night.

We had great experience with perfectionist called Mr. Arungiri for my aunty 65 yrs ( who had discharged from covid infection being in icu for more than week due to low oxygen level) for respiratory exercise, he is really awesome, and he can understand the each and every things details of patients condition,within very limited period of his visit to home service I could see my aunty recovered back to normal ,I was really surprise , I would 200% recommend Arungiri for his dedication towards his job, he is great asset to nightangle organization. I used the services of Ram Kumar the physiotherapist at Nightingales for At Home Service. My Mom needed Post Covid physiotherapy since she was bed ridden for 3 weeks. She was not able to get off the bed leave alone walk. In just 10 sessions Ram was able to work with my Mom and now she is walking very well. Patience and encouragement shown along with the right exercises helped tremendously. I recommend Ram and Nightingales very strongly !!!!

Ravi, the physiotherapist, gave me a 10-session plan and recovery steps.We stuck to it and he was proactive with my recovery. You are always put on hold when you dial their customer care. I had an appointment with a stroke specialist today at 11AM for a patient. I had a call yesterday asking for my address and slot timing. 11AM was confirmed. No way to get in touch with them. No one has showed up or called to reschedule. Sadly the patient has been waiting.

I have associated with Nightingales as Physiotherapist for more than 1 year. It was good experience to work with them.I dont why but some one have created a fake email id with my name and posted the non legitimate review about my ex employer (Nightingales).I have resigned from Nightingales two months back for my better opportunity. I received good treatment from the management during whole period.Even operation of the Nightingales is very structured and professional. I enjoyed my tenure working with Nightingales.

Shweta Tikoo is a great physical therapist with a strong knowledge base. She has been treating me for a year now and I can see a marked improvement in my upper body strength and balance. Today on monday doctor visited my house and started treatment for my daughter. Doctor was good and we were satisfied with the assessment and started treatment._____________________________________________I booked the appointment for 5 pm Monday for my 2 year daughter in Bangalore. After confirmed appointment when we reached there they told doctor is not available. To my surprise doctor was not available on next day as well after giving the confirmed appointment for next day.Then they gave again confirmed appointmentfor Saturday 5 pm. Because of earlier experience i called at 10 am they confirmed doctor is available before starting from home we called at 4 to our surprise after reaching there they told doctor available.We come 2 times taking small child 6 km but they do not bother about it. They confirm but no doctor available 3 times. Even small physio therapy centre it does not happen so you can understand how pathetic service nightingale have.

T. Adinarayan attended to my dad - a stroke patient. He is excellent with dealing with the elderly, is patient and always professional. Blessed to have had him run Dad through Physio, the exercises are really good and he makes the patient do it at ease.

The Nightingale home services were provided to us by ms. Vardhini who was very prompt in visiting our home to assess our needs and to assign an attendant appropriate for our needs. She also explained the rules,the fees, the feedback structure etc which was very assuring.The 2 attendants that were assigned us were very well trained mot only in their patient care work but even in keeping their personal hygiene,goid habits,warmth and patience with the elderly patient etc.

My father had brain stroke and was hospitalized for 2 months. As per Doctors advice he has to go rigorous physiotherapy. I was searching for Neurological Rehab service at home and found Nightingale site. My initial contact was through online and best part is that Nightingales team evaluated based on patients medical history and then allocated nearby Nightingales centre to my location which is at Indiranagar. The team proactively follow up with me and made initial home visit for in person evaluation for my fathers health.My sincere thanks to Dr. Manjiri P Thakur for taking utmost priority for my fathers rehab evaluation and allocated Dr. Ram Kumar as Physiotherapist. Dr. Ram is sincere, dedicated, friendly to patient and he make sure that patient should come out of his/her comfort zone. Due to Rams constant effort my father could able to walk, able to sit without any back support, able to bend left leg knee even though his left side was paralyzed and to our surprise he helped him to climb stair cases though with support but never thought that will happen so soon. Despite of pre booking and re confirmed about any waiting ( to which I was told, I will be attended on my appointed slot). Upon reaching whitefield Bangalore center, to my surprise, I was told to wait for 30-40mins... I came with some acute pain and checked while booking that there won’t be any waiting yet made to wait... I wonder how the communication and commitment with customer can be so unprofessional... don’t know about the treatment but initial experience is horrible... Giving 2 stars only for the irresponsible behaviour of your front office staff. They are least bothered about the customers waiting and are busy on phones. First day she made me wait for 20 minutes without even attending and was acting to be busy. Coming to the main part, I am happy with the sessions that I have undergone. Worst physio treatment I ever received. When I enquirer at counter, was told each treatment takes 45-60 minutes. Took a session and was given with not more than 20 minutes treatment. With that time span about 15 minutes was on heat treatment. When I mentioned to the therapist the area needed muscles release, her replied was the muscles weren’t that tight.Very unprofessional and hovering between cheating and missrepresentation

Had there been a negative star I would have definitely given to Nightingale . Guys please opt for their service at any cost.They have pathetic service. Inspite of having an appointment for nursing service at home nobody turned up. When tried to enquire the whereabouts of the nurse the customer care did not respond to the call after calling them continuously for more than a 18 hours. When finally they received my call there was Customer care named ‘ Anitha’ she was barely bothered or apologetic . She took no action and was least interested in my concerns. I also enquired about the nurse who was supposed to visit me. Tried calling the nurse assigned to me named ‘Jyotsna Rani Naik ‘ to know her arrival time. She kept giving excuses and told she was stuck in traffic but finally she did not turn up. I was rushed to the hospital at the last moment as I had no other choice. I wasn’t in a position to travel but had no choice. Inspite of the complain there was no apology from anybody from Nightingale’s team. Very sad to know that such unprofessionals exist in health care domain. Request all of you to not go for their service

I suffered a botched up Spine Surgery a year back at Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road, Bangalore, at the hands of Dr. Vidyadhar S. I had gone walking to the Hospital but came back on the stretcher. After the Surgery I was left with severe neurological deficiencies in the my organs hip below. Not able to control my urinary functions, sensation distortions on skin hip below, weak muscles hip below including both limbs, not able to lift my legs, not able to stand and walk I was left almost paralyzed hip below. It was my sheer will power and grit as well as help from my physiotherapist that I recovered slowly but consistently.Mr. Adi Narayana Thummala of Nightingales Home Health Services and Physiotherapy Clinic at Bangalore joined me for help in mid -July 2019. Dr Sania has been helping my husband mr. Subramanian for the past two months. This is the second session.Prior to therapy my husband, who had undergone a critical brain surgery, was very weak, had absolutely no confidence to walk and his knees would buckle. With dr. Sanias therapy now he has regained confidence, is able to walk without support in short walks, is more agile, alert and is his normal old self . Jaslia is one of the limited professionals I have seen, who knows how to do justice to her job. She is well knowledgeable, well qualified and very committed to her work. Really happy with the treatment provided by Ms. Mrudhusha here. I spent the last 4-5 months recovering from my ACL surgery. She is very patient, yet firm and also incorporates feedback into the exercises that she makes her patients do. I always found her available whenever I needed any help. Would recommend her for ACL rehab or general physiotherapy too. This place is well kept and neat, could do by adding a TV or a music system to the place.

Hi,I took the Physio service for my Dad, as he had Hip Fracture.Dr Zubair was the Physio trainer attended my Dad. He was very good Physio trainer and also polite and Helpful. Also he has good temperment and patience while doing the exercises with my Dad. I took around 25 sessions and my Dad showed the signs of improvement. I strongly recommend Nightingales for any Home Health Services and Phsyo.

Panna the care giver is good at her job and a compassionate person who is looking after my bedridden mother very well.Vardhini the supervisor supports us very well.

I would like to commend Promila Boya for her dedication to my mother. Her love and care are indeed something to admire. Though, I cannot say the same about the other care givers that Nightingales have sent me and also many if the office staff . J.N.Vardhini and Neeti from Customer Service are also nice and helpful.

Oh my God, this is very worst and the entire staff is so irresponsible. The office staff and the costumer support both will not take any responsibility on any provision. I was consulted for some muscle pain, after all the checks they suggested 15 sessions therapy at home..I agreed and paid then consultation and they informed that they will be confirming in a day who hatt will be coming to my home and but the next day they called and saying my location is non serviceable for them. In the beginning they only called and took my address details and provided the nearest location instead they could inform in the beginning my place is not in their limit. I wasted an entire day for them.

My father Mr Mahadev Rao was suffering with severe back pain for many years. We approached Nightingales for Physiotherapy and Dr Kavan TK was sent for therapy. In 7 sessions my Dad has improved so much he has started his morning walks, his blood pressure is more under control and he seems more confident to be able to get out of the house and very happy that he can play with his grandson! Thank you Dr Kavan for helping out my dad!

31st I meet with accident and I fractured my knee. I took physio for a month no improvement at all. After that my friend Sridhar referred me here my assessment was done by Dr. Manjiri and she hand over my case to Dr. Kunga. By their exe protocol i am able to walk and knee range has come to 110.I m very happy with the service provided her.

I had the worst experience from Nightingales home physiotherapist sessions in Bangalore. The physiotherapist Mr Arun, visited my mother who is a stroke patient from the last 8 years on Mar 4 2019. He failed miserably at the session and actually dropped my mom from the bed to the floor. My Mom fell down and was very helpless. While this physiotherapist stood watching. My dad who is a senior citizen had to finally come to her rescue. This so-called experienced physiptherapist from the famous brand Nightingales, was incompetant and unable to support and lift her from the floor. When questioned, he conveniently blamed her being overweight. FYI she is just 58-60kgs and its not the body weight, but the techniques that need to be followed to support and help patients.He failed miserably and so did Nightingales in hiring such incompetant people on the below points:1. Failed to go through and understand the Patients history before the visit2. Totally unaware of the sessions and the treatment she is been going through from Nightingales from the past 4 months.3. Failed to understand the treatments from the prior Nightingale physiotherapist Mr.Sai( All the patients history and treatment details are and should be available at their database) who was equally bad (Atleast he did not drop my mom on the floor).I would strongly not recommend Nightingales, unless you are willing to take risk with your beloved ones. Nightingales Physiotherapy Sucks Big time.!
