I was unaware of the counseling process as i am an NRI and literally i was in need of professional guidance, fortunately my friend referred me to Pentagon, got clarified all my queries and provided proper guidance throughout counseling. If only I could rate them a -5 star I would. Let me not sugarcoat them. They have the worst communication with their own staff. One person say something other says something else. Theres not one single person who will handle all your responsibilities. And if youve less marks and youre hoping that they would help you, please dont. All they do is give you information that is already on the internet and nothing else. They make fake promises. Very irresponsible. You can easily do whatever they do at home free of cost. Once you call them theyll give you the cherry on top, then theyll ask you to visit them, once you visit them theyll immediately ask you for 25k as their service fee, then theyll give you information thats already there on the respective websites. They have no contact with any college. If youre looking or hoping they would reduce your fee by having contact with colleges, they dont. They dont even have proper information about everything. Everything purely depends on the marks you score and nothing else. After the application forms, if you have money like about 1-2cr. You can easily get a college anywhere you want. They dont do any better, you can do it yourself. They also provide you with wrong information or unsure information. Plus, if you go for NRI qouta they will charge you an extra amount of 2lacs for their services (which is providing information from the website which you can do for free sitting at home). Please dont get scared and visit and pay companies like this. Youd rather prefer doing it on own your own and get a better college.
