Inspite of the fact that I clearly mentioned that I do not want any other service apart from ultrasound, I was pitched in a bouquet of services and was even forced to pay consulting fees of Rs 500 when I clearly said I have a prescription from a doctor and the doctor has recommended me only ultrasound for a week. Aggresive sales mindset instead of showing empathy wont work..felt literally cornered to sign up for a 10 day program which was a overkill..am so happy that I said NO and walked away gracefully. Please do not suggest alternate treatment and force a treatment when a patient already walks in with a prior prescription from his regular orthopedic doctor. Once again, I clearly did mention over the phone before even reaching the clinic that I am not looking at consultation and even when I reached the clinic I mentioned I dont want a consultation..still, I was pushed to consult...I really dont underatand this mindset ...

I went in to CB physiotherapy in June 2021 with lot of pain as a result of Cervical spondylosis and low back pain. I had 5 disc protrusions. 3 in Cervical area and 2 in lumbar area.I met Dr.Anoop who is a Chiropractor and he explained in detail of the situation and put me on to a 30 day program which included chiropractic process and physiotherapy. I was assigned Dr. Rishika who is one of the expert physiotherapists that CB physiotherapy has. I was given 1 to 1.5 hr session everyday which included dry needling and cupping which helped contain the pain. She had a very good approach on treating the affected area and gradually saw the improvement and by the end of 30 days, I was 80% recovered. I was given a set of excercise by Dr.Rishika which needs to be followed to contain the relapse of the pain .I am very happy that I got the contact of CB Physiotherapy and Dr Anup and Dr Rishika. I thank and am grateful to Dr Rishika and Dr.Anup for making this happen with out any medication.I recommend CB physiotherapy for all who is suffering from similar issues.

Hello everyone,I had a recent experience with CB physiotherapy which was very Dissatisfaction.If you visit this center for anything, they would install fear in you saying something other defects in your body and push you to buy a full package which is very expensive and the treatment is very pathetic for the cost which they charge.I realize that this therapy is not worth it after 3 sessions as I had seen No improvement(moreover the things were getting worse) and when I write to the center, they ask me to wait for weeks to come back to me with a decision on what to do with my left over sessions which I am not willing to continue.I made a mistake with this once, which I highly recommend you all to be cautious about.There price is very expensive and it is not not worth the shot, You can find better Therapy center at a very affordable price.Hope this experience of mine could help you.

I had severe neck pain when I came to the clinic. Afterbody adjustnt and needling ,first day itself felt very good. I was able to move my head. Then they gave me integrated physiotherapy. After 10 days I was free from pain. Then they taught exercise which helped me a lot. Dr Juhee mam and Dr Anup Sir both are very good. I suggest to go and experience the difference.

Not at all a good experience. Extremely money-minded1. Confirmed thrice on call as well as in person at the reception about the charge for first consultation which they confirmed was ₹1500/- but while paying they charged ₹2500/- citing they did something with a certain machine which otherwise was additional ₹1500/- but theyre giving a discount2. The doctor recommended 21 sessions for the treatment of lumbar scoliosis each charging ₹1500/- . Since I was apprehensive about the entire commitment, he was just not interested anymore. I asked for a few exercises and change in habits which if not improve but atleast not deteriorate the condition further- he refused.3. The first session with the doctor lasted less than 15 secs after which he left as he was in a hurry but ensured to recommended his junior doc to get me into the machine for complete 3-4 mins which did nothing to the board.Overall, could be that the doctor and his treatments are good but its all behind moneybags.

I took home based PT sessions from CB Physiotherapy Clinic and overall I had a good experience. They were quick to assign the therapist and made follow up calls to seek feedback and ask for any concerns. The doctor Anoop is very young and inexperienced and impatient. I had went there for chiropractic treatment for knee. Without proper diagnosis he said MCL tear and suggested physiotherapy. I asked him for chiropractic adjustment. Within 5 minutes he finished it in a haste. He was trying to sell me package for physiotherapy for 6000 Rs. Thank fully I didnt go for it.They also post fake negative reviews about their competitors. Outstanding service and treatment. Getting my treatment done for quite sometime now for AS. Have been to several therapists, but they all cater to only 1 type of therapy, either chiropractic treatment or PT or needling etc.. This is the only place I found to have all of these under single roof. Dr Anup has been excellent in helping me treat this lifelong issue. Dr Anup is a magician with physiotherapic and chiropractoric issues abilities . I went to him with supraspinatis tendinitis and inflammation, it was almost at the verge of tear and lot of pain was there. He diagnosed the same with the first meeting itself and prepare a two weeks plan for the same. Pain started to reduce with state of the art machines and infrastructure setup he has in his Jayanagar branch within a weeks time.The staff is genuine and carries a friendly persona. The staff recommended isometric strengthening too for making that tendon strong and restore to normalacy. Overall a great experience with Dr Anup and staff who follows a conservative approach for my problem and led it to complete cure through his treatment and avoided surgery for the same.

Was diagnosed with listhesis grade 1 about 1.5 years back - kudos to the doctor Anup and the methods employed - the FD method has removed the discomforting pain by over 90 -95 percent - the early morning wake up pain doesn’t exist anymore after 30 days of treatment- and that in itself brings positivity to the day - the FD worked like a miracle and now on exercise schedule for a month before I go for a review - As a layman I have undergone the other methods over the last 1.5 years , but FD was new and I think as a layman it made a difference - the cheerful and ever accommodating doctors is another highlight of the clinic - quite a few had treated as my schedules kept moving and that’s what I meant accommodating- have to name each of them as they made my mornings pain free - thanks doctors - Dr.Anup, Dr. Dhristi, Dr. Murali, Dr. Vinay, Dr. Shwetha and Dr. Poorna - some whose name I can immediately fetch from memory- will be back after a month -

Unprofessional behaviour! Gave same slot to 2 people and upon asking receptionist says that doctor - Anup requested to do so. Had to wait for 15-20mins even after giving heads-up of my arrival time.

I would keep away from this clinic as the intention with the management is more to sell a package than to treat the patient. It is an aggressive sales organisation rather than a clinic for treatment. I had various ailments which needed a wholistic longer term approach but they were keen on selling a package for 21 days. The therapists may be good but beware of the sales techniques from management. I seriously doubt the reviews on google and dont fall prey to it.

My name is Rashmi S Shenoy. I visited CB physiotherapy clinic one week back. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and was suffering from past 4 years. I have been in constant pain throughout few years inspite of getting various treatments. After taking treatment from CB phsiotherapy clinic, I feel quite relieved from my earlier symptoms. I had visited CB/prima physiotherapy after consulting three top most neurosurgeons regarding disc bulge in l4-l5,all of them suggested that I undergo an operation to relieve the extreme pain. Without showing the MRI Mr Anup of Prima physiotherapy was able to pinpoint the problem. He laid out a comprehensive program ranging for three weeks ranging from accupunture via dry needling,F D decompression, elongation,tension as well as laser therapy. Ive been suffering for 10+ yrs with lower back pain, ortho surgeons whom ive consulted were of a strong opinion that only a surgery can solve my problem, and i was not open for a surgery. After utilizing cb phisiotherphy, after consuting dr. Anup for back pain(disc bulging 4 and 5 ), suffering from leg and back pain. Treatment started from September 23rd 2020. Out of 30 sessions in 18 sessions only I relived of my pain. Dr. Drusti , Dr. Anoop dr. Juhee dr. Murali dr. Vinay and madam Ramya has given good treatment and helping in nature. Now I am free from surgery. The staff are kind and cliness is good. Now I able to drive a car more than 200 kms. I once again thanks all the doctors and staff.

The best physio therapy centre in south bangalore. Dr. Anup is one the best in physio analysis. I went to him with frozen elbow, where I had lost flexion in my left after elbow injury and 3 weeks of crepe bandage and immobilisation. Before going to him, I had undergone physio therapy with another doctor, who had mocked me for not being able to bear pain and had failed to totally analyse my problem of swelling. Dr. Anup identified the problem, worked on the swelling before moving on to bring back the flexion. Dr. Drishti has also worked extremely hard in ensuring I get my movements back and am able to do normal things. I would recommend their clinic any time and I feel like I have got 2nd chance now as I am able to flex my left hand 90% of the original flexion in 3 weeks of time. I am sure of gaining 100% flexion, thanks to their efforts.
