Tried Balinese massage therapy for the first time in Cocoon spa. The masseuse was professional, ambience was soothing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants a soothing spa experience. Feel refreshed.

Of all the spas Ive been to, this one has the best ambience. Ive given them a low 2 star rating because their therapists always try to cut the session short by 10-15 mins and the management has failed to do anything about it.When customers pay so much per hour, every minute matters. Cutting a session short basically means hundreds of bucks are paid to them for no reason. Maybe the therapists feel overworked & under-payed. Still, that doesnt give them the right to fool customers into thinking that complete service was provided. If they utilized the time they take away from us, it would make a big difference to how we feel.Im taking my time and money elsewhere ..... you should too.

Lot of mosquitoes in the evening massage was good but as I went around 7.30 the staff was in a hurry to leave...neither offered a refreshment after the massage so kind of bummer when u have a good massage and I dont get green tea or water....

My face has become drier after I took their service. They recommended wine facial after I confirmed I have dry skin.... it was a 1200rs facial however my face just looks too dull now....extremely unhappy even the massage was for very less time....

HORRIBLE!! I used to go to this place several years ago and it was high end spa, but after a visit in Dec 2016 I was so disappointed with how much the place has declined. If you are a NRI and dont plan to use a foreign credit card!!! Of all the places that I had frequented during my trip, this was the only one that did not accept foreign credit cards. The poor customer service implied that it was an issue on my end. Do not waste your time here!!

I moved to whitefield few months ago and tried cocoon on last weekend as its walking distance from my home.Now for feedback:1. As soon as you enter they will charge you first before providing the service. No issues with that but generally all good spa places serve you tea etc after the service and charge you at that time.2. Massage room was ok, decent size. No locker ( at least no one told me )3. Location is very bad, heavy traffic road. Lot of traffic noise during massage means you cant really relax. I am very surprised they opened place at this location without sound proofing.4. As i was bearing with traffic noise, 10 min later generator started. I really wanted to leave the place. But 5 min later, it stopped. After some time started hearing water sound from shower areas from other rooms.5. I took 90 min package but they didnt provide head massage while its clearly mentioned on website 90 min include head massage. Atleast they should have asked whether i need one or not.6. Masseuse was average, she took 2 breaks. I guess she had cold but still working.Over all its not worth time and money. There are so many better places around..

Went for deep tissue massage as my body was aching due to trekking. The masseur Kimi did a great job. The heels, calf muscles that were paining had good relaxation. Would definitely visit again. Thank you.
